After being given various numbers to ring, going back and forth I finally spoke to two people who were extremely helpful. The first put me through to the second since then an engineer has rung me (within 5 hours, not 48) and will be coming out tomorrow.

Someone at Chubb needs to speak to me
Someone at Chubb needs to speak to me. Your invoice does NOT accept an email response.
I did not agree to this appt.,you just turn up.
Your sales agent in January told me the security system at 1 Churchgates was too old to continue servicing and recommended we considered a replacement.
I arranged a meeting with each of my 3 tenants along with your engineer on the 15th June. we thoroughly discussed all the possibilities and on the recommendation of your engineer decided not to have a new system and that the old should be removed.
Each of my 3 tenants have their own security for their floors.
I am not impressed.
There is no personal service, Chubb believe a couple of emails for us to respond to is enough.
