Extremely rude bus driver. I did not prebook a seat which understandably can cause issues however the way he dealt with it was awful. He could have been polite about it instead he cursed at me and backed me off the bus.
I noticed then as I was on the bus he was rude to other passengers also.
This was the 11:30am bus from Dublin Airport to Galway.

The dirtiest bus I have ever been on. The build of of scum and dirt is horrendous! When do these buses get cleaned??

I give citylink a 2 star review simply because everytime I use them it's a gamble if the power supply works to charge your phone. This isn't the first time I wasn't able to charge my device so I could get some work do. Everything else is good but if they want to advertise this service it should work.

Very good service on the Galway to Dublin route. Simple and efficient reservation process, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable journey, and the bus left and arrived on time. Would happily use again.

They are unable to tell you the correct stop from which the bus departs and in fact tells you the wrong one. Also when you ask the drivers they are either too rude or cognitively impaired to tell you the correct stop to go to.

The customer service is excellent. I had a few issues with my ticket and they made a great effort to fix everything.

The drivers could be a little more friendly and welcoming though.

Travelled to dublin city from Galway on the 6:15AM bus with friends.Booked online and barely got a seat,driver was extremely rude to an elderly lady going to dublin airport, as she couldn't remember the name of her destination, driver pushed her aside as if to tell her to stop wasting his time, Also bus was really dirty,tray table has crisps on it and was sticky. very bad experience, my first and last time travelling with citylink.

myself and a work colleague got the city link bus from Athlone to Dublin airport on Thursday 6th October and the driver of said bus was driving well in excess of the legal speed limit of a bus in Ireland as a result the driver hit a speed bump at full speed which sent myself and my colleague flying out of our seats resulting us hitting the roof of the bus and coming back down and landing on our backs which caused extreme discomfort and pain requiring medical attention Also as a result of this a company laptop was damaged due to this drivers incompetence.

Would like to thank Branko for returning my phone left on the Dublin to Galway bus yesterday got in contact and he minded it for me until I met him back in ballinasloe such a lovely kind man credit to citylink

I had booked a trip to Galway for my wife with Ryanair. Then booked a bus ticket with this "company". Ryanair cancelled the flight so my wife and her friend decided to drive, using the ferry. Contacted this shower of rogues for a refund who stated, "As Ryanair have cancelled your flight, we are not obliged to issue a refund".The trip was in a MONTHS time.

Super convenient service. Got me to Dublin Airport numerous times on time and their team and customer service team are so efficient and helpful

I asked for a return ticket on a bus i got on yesterday evening and to come home on today. I paid full price and it was clear the driver didn’t know how to work the ticket machine. I got on the bus this morning to be told my ticket was invalid because the driver yesterday gave me the wrong ticket and I had to pay full price for another one today. Disgraceful
