This organization is incredible. I ordered my watch Tuesday 26 January and it was delivered Monday 1 February and the tracking of the package by DHL let me follow the progress of my new watch almost hourly from when I placed the order until it arrived on my doorstep.

"Your order(10502304) is safe with us.
We are facing technical issues with these newly arrived items
especially for these models which are followed by ~ sign.

First I didn't ordered to keep my item safe with you. Delay in Orders with stupid reason.
My gf used watch I ordered from this website and 1 month of normal use. (not been used under water) it has water inside, even the watch is water resistant. I believe some watches are fake even they claim it's new and authentic. I will suggest not to invest money buying from this website. I sent emails to customer service (Sally), she sent one reply with general information and no further support.
Please don't waste your time, money and energy from buying this website. Online shopping from this website is scam and not satisfactory. All the best Sally, keep filling your pockets..

Water/moisture damage
Damage to the watch case or glass
Missing stones or gems (e.g., from the watch face)
Damage to the watch bracelet/band or straps
Damage to the crown/stem or finishes
Damage to clasps/buckles
Signs of wear and tear to the watch from normal daily use
Damage to the battery.
Please take the watch to the nearest authorized service center.

Worst company ever to purchase from - buyer beware!!!
Worst company ever to purchase from buyer beware!!! These guys are real fly-by-nighters who deal in Casio watches of very questionable quality. First of all note that despite their .co.nz web suffix, THEY ARE NOT a kiwi based company. Secondly, when my watch broke down literally 3 days after the year warranty they claim to provide, they wanted nothing to do with it, despite their obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. Stay well clear of purchasing from this company!

My experience purchasing a watch at CityWatches was very good. The watch price was good, it was well packaged and arrived in good condition. CityWatches provided propompt email feedback following ordering online and the DHL courier provided good tracking of the package progress and delivery.
