It was of very high standard and exactly as advertised. I'm impressed.
There was a bit of a problem with delayed delivery that WAS NOT the fault of Clan. Hammish was courtious and informative as he let me know about the problem that British Mail was experiencing.
Importantly he was very prompt in responding to me enquiry.

My daughter was so excited when we received it she had to message all her friends with pictures.

I recently ordered an ‘Essential Tartan Sash. It arrived more quickly than I thought it would and it is really lovely. Well made with the long edges sewn and fringed ends. I’d looked around for a while and this is definitely the best quality and value for money combination that I found.

The tartan was absolutely perfect. Despite the woes of British post the sashes arrived beautifully constructed, carefully protectively packed and looking exactly as I'd hoped. The shoulder pin was also well crafted and a lovely addition to the sash.

Throughout the long wait occasioned by British post's woes, the lovely folk at Clan did their best to update and reassure me that the order would come. It took 3 months, but it has definitely been worth the wait. Quality like this is rare.The kindness that went with it is rarer still.

I am very pleased with my Skye Tartan and two of the three samples I ordered. I didn’t receive one sample and have been refunded for it. It is not Clan’s fault, it was the sample supplier which I totally understand. I could of been sent more info on my the status of my order but generally, a good experience shopping with Clan.

I received this ‘Colquhoun’ tablecloth as a Christmas gift. I am delighted with this product - the material is good quality and the size is fine. The delivery was late (scheduled for April, but I received it in February - which was ok). I am a satisfied customer.
