but not pushy. I said I’m going for a coffee and then
I will return to make my purchase, which I did. On
my return she gave me a wonderful arm and hand
massage. Can’t praise this Lady enough,

I have been a loyal customer for years but my most recent order failed and funds were still taken. I was told it would be returned to my account within 5 business days. 9 business days later, I am still waiting. Customer service have stopped replying so I have now had to escalate this further. Such disappointing service for a brand I have held in such high regard for years.

I have been happy with CLARINS online service until recently. My main item was missing from my order. I have emailed CLARINS and sent photos with an automated response received, however after sending another email to them, I had a friendly response. The item has now been delivered.

I have very sensitive skin and I asked my local pharmacy for some testers for eye cream and moisturiser and they refused so I contacted clarins and asked for some testers and they said they sent all testers to pharmacies, so no help , I will not be buying clarins

J’ai commandé sur leur site et j’ai voulu faire un retour du produit. J’ai attendu 15 jours pour renvoyer et impossible de renvoyer le produit, le service client ne servant à rien…

Poor customer service. Phones not answered over several days. No response from emails. A month later I get an unsatisfactory response. Very poor. I can get the same products from Boots without the hassle.

My partner and young daughter went to Boots at Meadowhall in Sheffield last week to buy me a Christmas gift. The wonderful Jo at the Boots Clarin counter was exceptional and helped them find the perfect gift, not only that, she added a multitude of samples, a beautiful satin headscarf and wrapped it all up in a beautiful box. My partner and daughter couldn’t praise her high enough and my daughter was so excited for me to open it up. This week, I went in to thank Jo for being such a wonderful customer service assistant and going above and beyond for my daughter. In addition, I wanted Clarins HR to know this. Many thanks Jo and Merry Christmas!

I placed an order with Clarins via Apple Pay which automatically applied Express Delivery at £6.50 which I didn’t require. On contacting Clarins customer service (after waiting on hold for 10 minutes and finally requesting a call back) I explained to the advisor what had happened and asked if the charge could be removed as I didn’t require Express Delivery for this order. I was told that this was not possible once the order had been placed. I asked if the order could be cancelled so I could reorder and was told no. I asked if I could speak to a manager to see if the charge could be overridden but was told I was talking to the manager and nothing could be done. I then asked what would happen if I returned the order and was told that I would only be refunded for the order not the delivery charge. I asked if I could make a complaint and was told I could use the customer service contact form. I decided I would post a review instead so that other Clarins customers are aware and can avoid this situation.

I went to clarins at the york designer outlet. I purchased 2 advent calendar product gifts for my mother and sister and was expertly served by Rakshita and Grace. They helped me as a 52 yo man on his own an easy and very helpful experience.

Terrible company. I took me 5 emails phone calls every day to cancel my subscription.

There’s nowhere on there website that says you can cancel. There phone lines are so busy . I tried cancelling my credit cards they were still taking money out of my account until I could cancel the subscription there was nothing my bank could do.

I go to clarins at Ashford outlet. Martina the lady that works there is fabulous. Knows her products Takes time with you . She’s fab with the customers and never pushy . She’s a credit to Clarins

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with Clarins uk online service. To start with I completed the online form relating my issue, then I heard nothing back. I sent them an email, nothing back. Long story short I tried four times to grab their attention via email, which should not have been the case, a customer trying to keep contact YOU. It is quite upsetting that I have not received an answer from such a big company as Clarins. As we speak, I still haven't received a response(and I'm not expecting one anymore) but it's really a shame to ignore emails even more to your loyal customers more than 15 years. Competition is so high out there so you have to keep up if you want to build a great rapport with your customers. By ignoring someone is not a good start.
Definitely I will move to a different brand.

Assistenza e-commerce deludente per un brand di questo calibro. Tempi lunghi di risposta, consegna fantasma, spero mi rimborsino perché se non dovessi avvenire avviero' le opportune pratiche tramite associazione consumatori.

Really surprised as previously had very good experience.However this beats all.I got in touch as I had been waiting some time for a delivery.I had an email yesterday to say I should look in safe places as it had been delivered.A very blurry picture showed an unidentifiable person handing over an unidentifiable package to my husband whose only bodily parts shown were his feet He doesn't possess any shoewear like those shown nor is part of our hallway carpeted but grey wooden flooring.I rest my case.So come on Clarins who is sending out your parcels? Caught on camera here....very naughty practice you should relly up your game.I still haven't had any products

Don’t push u into buying other products if you don’t won’t to . Lots of discounts on and free samples each time u buy or if you want to try new ranges

Reloaded app again after 2 failed orders. It did the same again. You get to payment, having spent time choosing and ordering and at the last stage it freezes. Common Clarins, get your act together! I expected better but won't waste my time again.

My friend asks for this each Christmas. It is boring but what she wants so as I good friend I buy. I think it over-price goo to be honest. Anyway this year after a £90 spend I was suprised there was no little gift for me. Every year before there has been a small offer - a few sample sizes to sweeten the financial exchange but nada for 2025. I bought the packs anyway because it's too late to discuss further ideas but it will be the last time. Bought in Harods in MK - perfectly nice woman on the counter.
