Flimsy product, dispite advertised money back guarantee i am 5 communications in asking how to return and all i am getting is bait and switch replies.

Cheap clothes that have little resemblance to the website. Ships from China. Sizes are way off - not true to size. Refund policy is a joke - requires you to use Chinese carrier, pay shipping, pay customs fees.

Their website shows thousands of positive reviews, yet no way to leave a review.

Their facebook posts do not allow comments.

Absolute scam

The other reviews say it all! Sounded legit but the products received look nothing like the ads. Product was cheap Chinese crap (shirts). No customer service and no viable mechanism to return products. Will never use again.

This Company Sucks. No need to repeat the scam process, all of the other reviews explain it pretty well. My bad for not checking them out first. Their bad for ripping everyone off. Sad that our government can't stop these rips off artistes.

this is a China company that totally misleads to make you believe they are located in NYC and Toronto. Shirts arrived today. do not look anything like what I ordered Cheap flimsy. terrible. they make it sound like returns are easy NO- you have to rturn them to China warehouse plus pay $20 custom fees plus $45 shipping plus fill out a multitude of forms. I am so angry at myself-

Materials are sub-standard, shipping is sub-standard, and the return policy is onerous and expensive. Stay away.

Absolutely garbage, the material is cheap crap. Forget about getting a return they make you take pictures and jump through hoops they even send you the wrong products. It’s a total scam. Do not buy from this company.

Placed an order Sept 18th for 2 shirts. Quality was poor and didn’t fit . Resested. Refund as advertised.i Was told that fees were very high.. Offered to send replacement of equal or less value.I accepted . Carrier reported attempted delivery failed because no one to take delivery. Delivery was to 24/7 concierge who reported no attempt. Scheduled redelivert but never happed. Carrier, Speedx, non responsive to many attempts to contact
I finally received replacement shirt.Qualitg very poor. I ordered replacement because XL fit was poor . New order WAS 2XL. The size is approximately medium even though marked XXL. When notifying company reply was we replaced once. Can’t help you unless you want to return paying freight and fees. That cost was near the cost of the shirt.
Will never buy anything from them again.

This company commits false advertising and their return policy is BS. First items in their Ad, is NOT the same quality as what they delivered. In addition, they ship everything from China which takes three weeks.
I received the items saw the difference in quality and informed them I want to return everything.They told me they wanted pictures that included the label and size of each item. When I looked at the garments, none of them had a label or a size tag anywhere on them. This company is shady, the quality i terrible and they false advertise.

This place is a scam. They only ship in and out of China. I asked for refund for a shirt that was poorly made and didn't fit right. They told me that I would have to pay an exorbitant shipping cost to get a refund. Instead they offered me a 10% discount. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It has nothing to do with NYC.

If I could give you a zero star I would . The clothing came and was not sized properly . The picture of the item on the website and the actual item are not the same . Poor quality !! When you try to return , you make it impossible!! This is the first and last time I will ever purchase anything from you !! Shame on you !!

Horrible experience. Shirts are too small and when you want to return them, it is a constant back and forth requesting pictures that have nothing to do with the process as they are going to try and get you to buy a different size. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. Seriously, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Not Worth it and the customer experience SUCKS.

Very poor quality materials and construction. The product is presented to be better on-line. I suggest you do not purchase...made in China.

As others have written, no clue that the items ship from China and take 3-4 weeks. Plus, the items I received looked nothing even close to the photo and description on the web site. Note: what appeared to be a jersey-type fabric turned out to be pure polyester. Thinking I had mis-read, I went back to the web and discovered that there actually isn't any type of material specifically included in the description.

DO NOT ORDER. SCAM Company. Clothes are from Vietnam and such awful quality you could not possibly wear them.

This company is a scam and not US based but from China.
I ordered shirts that were of VERY poor quality and received the same colors and different sizes.
When I contacted them to return, they make it impossible with all the return charges involved.
It’s like it cost more in return fees than what I spent. Total loss.
