I purchased three shirts. None was even remotely as depicted. One shirt, a polo shirt, literally has a plastic-like glaze on it. The others have an iridescence that was not evident online. The return process is a scam—the cost to return the shirts is borne by the purchaser, a fact you can discover only after finding the customer service contact that is all but obscured.

TOTALLY MISREPRESENTED The product is junk.

The product looks nothing like the pictures. The quality is terrible, the fit is like a tent...no shape. The cheapest Chinese garbage ever.
And, when you ask for a return, they ask for pictures and all kind of noise. Then, when you satisfy their requirements, they say the return costs are $21-40 dollars. The website says easy returns but they do not mention costly returns. Horrible experience...worst ever.

I wish I saw Trustpilot before I ordered 4 shirts. They are a sham outfit and should be shut-down. It says they ship USPS. Ha what a joke, they don’t at all. Private shippers from China. They also show pictures of a store that resembles a NY Storefront. Also not true. In my 70 years I’ve never experienced such dishonest advertising.

Quality is terrible. Return policy is a joke. Customer service is ridiculous. This company is a scam. Stay away

Received pathetically made garments, totally misrepresented from web site .
Goods had no markings and std in us customs violations - no county of origin marking, fabric content, Rn number .
The goods arrived straight from Asia. The size specs were way off.
I contacted Clarkson requesting to return prepaid which they denied.
This company operates as a sham company! Disgraceful !!

Should be rated with no stars - total ripoff - their money back guarantee is nonsense. They only allow you to return something you purchased from them to China at almost the cost of what you bought - so you get a couple of dollars back on a $50+ purchase. The item I bought looked nothing like the picture on their site and the quality was typical for having been made cheaply in China. Selling themselves as a NYC company is bullcrap.

Stay away as returns are horrible and expense not to say difficult and time consuming. Order was shipped out of Chicago but have to return at high cost to china. Site and customer service is a joke. Only will email. And they try there hardest to get you to not return. I am 3 emails in and still don’t have a return label which I have to pay for.

Worst experience from beginning to end that I’ve ever had with an online company. 1.) The products took over a month to get to me even though they say ships in 1-3 days and lead you to believe it’s coming from NYC, USA.
2.) When the merchandise arrived it was cheaply made, had no sizing tags showing size, material, country made, washing instructions, nothing. When was the last time you received a clothing item from a legitimate clothing company and it had no markings or tags anywhere in it? 3.) I ordered several 2XL shirts and they were closer to a Medium size but again, I’m not sure what size they sent because no identification tag of any sort, anywhere. 4.) When you try to reach out to them you will find there is No phone number for customer service, so you must communicate by email with them which is when the delay game starts with them. 5.) Instead of just sending you a “return form” when requested, they require you to send a picture of the item. Once you have done that and they respond a day or two later, they will ask you to send a picture of the shipping bag and shipping label on the bag. Then in the next response they will ask you to remove the clothing from the packaging and lay it out on something and take a picture of each and every item the same way. Remember this is you just trying to get your return information. Their next move will be to ask you if you would consider allowing them to send you just one of the same items back to you instead of returning all you ordered and call it even. What??
Then they’ll offer you a 10% refund and you can keep their cheap, wrong sized, untagged, non-inspected items for cleaning rags. At this point most people just give up and consider it a loss.
If you choose to continue to try and get a return form, you’ll find out you must pay for all return shipping and another fee for customs. Correct, you’re are not dealing with NYC like you thought. After you have spent more money trying to get back your original money, you realize it’s hopeless because they say once they receive it, if it’s not lost? If it’s not damaged ? they will consider a refund.
It’s basically a long drawn out process designed to get you to give up and let them keep your money or pay more money to take a chance that you might get some of your money back if you are willing to jump through all their hoops.
The brain damage you’ll get from dealing with them is worse than the money you lose in the process of there scheme.
DON’T LET THERE BEAUTIFUL DIGITAL ADVERTISING DRAW YOU IN TO THIER SCAM.

shirts were not as represented AT ALL. Fabric different and cheaper, collar totally different and c.1965. awful return policy. No response from Customer Service. Stay away from this company. They are a total fraud.

The clothes do not match in style, color or fabric as stated on their website. They are very cheaply made. Though they state a 30 day money guarantee, they work very hard not to provide that. Ira w sent 4 emails to get their return address and still haven’t received it.
This company is definitely a scam. One star is too many.

I can only agree with every other review here. The constant need to send more photos to get return approved was ridiculous. The cost of $40 to do so was outrageous. They appear to have a storefront but they do not. Buyer beware, do not order anything from these guys. What a rip!

If I could give zero stars I would. Did not run true to size so I wanted to exchange. Said I would have to pay $35 return shipping! Or keep and pay $11 for a new one. The new one came—wrong color. Now let’s talk quality. Awful. Fool me once….
