TOTAL SCAM FRAUD DO NOT BUY RIP OFF! Clothing is cheap and you CANNOT RETURN or they charge you $60!!!! Clothing NOT as PICTURED and company is NOT in New York but is in CHINA!!! DO NOT BUY

This is a fraud company, the prices of their shirts are nothing less than a big clothing brand, prices range in $50s to 150 dollars , pictures in their website shows super high quality, but when we get the clothes delivered they are not labelled , super cheap chinese clothes.. , looks used, with very bad patterns and very clothing material's and stitching . They are not even worth of 5 dollars.. it is better to bring the awareness to shoppers not to fall to trap.. they advertise in YouTube and other social media platforms.... it is a big fraud and scam as they have many similar websites. Beware and we should register a complaint in Consumer court of such fraudulent companies.

Their product is cheap material, the sizing is not close to any US normalcy . I wear a XL and when it came it was XXXL and was completely miss sized . After requesting a refund they kept offering first 10%, then 15% then 20% and finally 30%. Given the cheap sewing and material was NOT as depicted, I advised them I would return but first demanded a FULL refund. They refused.. I subsequently found out they LIED and are not a US based company and comes from outside most likely Vietnam or China. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE as you will not get what the picture shows.. I have denied the charges with AMEX and will be happy to take them to court, if they want to fly over to the US and see who wins……

Temu crap send from China. Extremely poor quality. Scam. Avoid.

SHAME ON ME! I should have read the reviews prior to ordering! This company is a scam!! HUGE charges (shipping and customs) for returns!! Tag on my shirt has been cut out!! The shirt I ordered fits like a dress! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have experienced the same poor quality and they DENY THE ANEX DISPUTE AS WELL AS PAYPAL!
I THINK ALL OF US WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM SHOULD POST TO FACEBOOK- it’s where most of us saw the ad anyway!

Horrible service. The fit or the shirts are not consistent and their return/customer service is a total joke! Never again

No customer service response for package delivered to wrong place. I have sent multiple messages with no response for the last couple months. Of course the phone number is just a busy signal line & no live agents available.
The pictures is not even on the street name given for shipping.
The proof of delivery is proof it was mis delivered. It’s obvious where it was left isn’t an apartment community.
My apartment number does not have a house, a porch or a backyard that is in the picture. Did I mention the house pictured isn’t even on this street.

This company has avoided my requests for months & just given the run around. Also uses SpeedX for their delivery that also offers no live customer service only more run around.

After looking up this company and their reviews it’s obviously a scam of a company.
I will never do business with them again & suggest you don’t either.
I should have read there horrific reviews before purchasing of even attempting returns & lack of quality merchandise.

Update- After leaving a review NOW they FINALLY respond with information to tell me it was “delivered”. Just because it was delivered doesn’t mean it was delivered to the right place.
The picture doesn’t match the shipping address.
The run around doesn’t end.
Neither business involved takes responsibility which makes for bad business practice.

Same as everyone else. Lowest quality junk. No tags. I have to pay to send it back to China, including tariffs. Do not buy.

I ordered a shirt based on their ad and the depiction in the ad photo. The shirt I received looks very different from the one modeled. The material and overall quality are extremely low! When I tried to return the shirt, they sent a return form requiring not only return shipping fees but customs fees as well. I received this shirt in a few days, which suggests it was sent from a US location but the return form requires it be shipped to China. Buyer beware!

This is not a New York Company as represented.
Returns involve returning to China with a customs fee as well as shipping fee.
The quality is poor.
I have been duped.
I should have read reviews before ordering.

SCAMMERS! Believe every negative review… they are TRUE! False advertising…Guilty! Cheap fabric, quality, and horrible customer service….Guilty! The long sleeve button-down shirt is NOTHING like the listing image. This company is knowingly ripping off buyers as a standard business practice.

Money back guarrantee - clearly stated on their web site which is false. See below about how you return it.
You also have to pay the shipping and customs to return the shirt.

Read the reviews they’re all true. Don’t do it.

Horrible company - don't waste your money! We ordered men's shirts from them, what came was nothing like what was advertised. "100% money back guarantee" - not true! We were given 30% back after complaining thru PayPal. Could've had 100% if we shipped them back to their warehouse in China at our expense (shipping costs plus tariffs, estimated at $75-100). "American based company since 1999"
- false! All returns go to China. We learned an expensive lesson, please save yourself the aggravation.

All I can say is buyer beware. Quality is deceptive. And returns are a nightmare. Cheap CHINA crap.
