THE WORST !!! Shirts were poor quality, sizing is really bad. The XL and XXL both ill fitting. Customer service was the worst. Refunds and returns impossible to get. NO WAY THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1999 plus not located in NYC but China

Of course the shirts didn’t look like the ad and were way too small. Refused to exchange.

I gaurantee you this company is a scam. all you need to do is look at the number of one reviews on trustpilot and compare them to the fantastic and fake reviews on Facebook. Facebook is there primary marketing tool. FYI I complained to Facebook and they said there was no problem with the company. Obviously they are a large Facebook user and they don't want to loose that revenue. Shame on you Mark Zuckerberg!

I can’t believe these guys get away with selling such a crap like this. 100% polyester this is the cheapest shirt I’ve ever tried to put on. And they charge 10 times what it’s worth. Do not buy this do not do business with them. They make it difficult to return the items as well. This company should not be in business. Straight from China total shit.

30 day return policy? and you have to send their customer service team an e mail and await a reply with return instructions which takes 3-4 days? The shirt was too small, never worn, barely taken out of the package, if you can order it from Amazon instead.

CLARKSON CHINA - not NY! Total crap merchandise IMPROPERLY SIZED (my mens XXL would not fit a pre-pubescent 12 year old). The items do not match the pictures and forget about returns or exchanges- they make that impossible! Not to mention expect 3-5 weeks to get subpar materials across the ocean and finally they use USPS- literally snail mail. DO NOT BUY from these crooks!

This is a scam website. If you look at the home page it says it was founded in NY, it says free shipping, and says "money back guarantee: Not satisfied? Get your money back! You have 30 days after receiving your order to return or exchange it." They have a contact form, and an email address but no phone number and no physical address listed.

When my shirts arrived which cost about $180 total, they were actually pretty nice but didn't fit me well, so I sought to return them. The instructions on the website say to contact them for a return form. I emailed them and didn't hear back from the. I sent two additional follow-up emails in the following days and received no response. I then used their contact form, and again no response. With no way to return them and the clock ticking down for their return policy, I contacted my credit card and had them reverse the charge. This then prompted the company to issue me a refund but then asked me to either pay for the shirts or return them . . . but again they provided no return form or return instructions. I asked them multiple times for return instructions and they kept trying to compel me to just pay for the items because I'd have to pay for shipping. When they finally did provide return instructions they wanted me to send it to China and with a tracking number. If you go into their FAQ it says that they require returns to be sent to their China facility with tracking and at the customers shipping cost. Do you know what it costs to send three shirts back to China with tracking from the west coast? $133 USD! This is so lame.

stay away from clarkson new york-they are from china, not new york and their products are terrible-after i complained to them they asked me to send them pics, and then they would let me know how to return for refund--so i did, but then i never heard back from them. i then call my credit card company and disputed the charge-now clarkson threatens to send collection agency after me-i told them, GAME ON-lets go-i have many e mails i sent with no response, but they did send one, where they said i'd get refund after they saw pictures. no luckl--theyre a fraud--Stay away from them-you can buy better chinese products in shanghai and bejing on the streets!!

The product was not as pictured online. It was poorly made with cheap material and it was not sized properly. They wanted to charge me to exchange the item. Overall, BAD customer service. I strongly advise not to do business with this company.

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. THE QUALITY IS FAR FROM WHAT THEY PICTURE. THEY ORDERING FULFILLMENT COMES DIRECTLY FROM CHINA SO WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN THE ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS THEY HIT YOU WITH A $45/shipping FEE or THEY SAY THEY WILL EXCHANGE THE ITEM BUT THE QUALITY IS SO POOR WHO WOULD WANT IT!!!!!

Clarkson NYC is not a real U.S. brand — it ships from China and sells poor-quality knockoffs. They refused to honor their refund guarantee and demanded I pay international shipping to return junk merchandise. My bank reversed the charge after review. Now they’re sending fake collection threats. Avoid this scam site and report to the FTC or BBB.

I reiterate what all the other reviews say: the articles are junk, not as represented in the ads, and come on a slow boat from China with NO warning that you're not buying from a store in NYC. Return process is a joke as well, and I can already see it is unlikely they will refund all or even most of my money (>$100). I only wish I had researched this vendor before wasting my money. RUN, do not walk, AWAY from this horrible vendor.

This is not in NYC but in China. If you have a return you have to send tons of pictures of product just to get a return ? Never got there because have to spend $25-$40 to return to China and could be more having to pay at customs, etc. Quality subpar. While they have return policy online, does not let you know what you have to actually go thru to even get a return nor the cost of shipping back to China. They misrepresent by making you think they are in NYC. Don’t fall for their instagram ads.

TRASH QUALITY ships from China & it costs more to return it than the actual item. they advertise on Instagram beautifully but their product is SHIT.

I would say their product is worse than a single star. I have never received such crap in my life. I ordered 2 shirts that were sub par. Tried to return them, which is virtually impossible as they are in China. They told me to lie to customs to get a better return rate, all at my cost. In lieu of a return they shipped me new items of same value at my shipping. Good money after bad. Never again!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is a scam. sizing was WAY off. Quality was bad. No way to return without spending much more money. Run away!
