I ordered the Charles Eames lounge chair, but required some special service to check, if the type of wood and the leather color fits to my living room. All went perfect and I’m more then happy with my new chair.

Ich habe keine Lieferung erhalten und auf meine beiden emails keine antworr!

Alles bestens gelaufen, nur leider zum Schluss mit der Spedition überhaupt nicht.
Hier wäre es gut, wenn sie den Kunden besser über die Spedition aufklären, wie z.B. erst auspacken, kontrollieren und dann erst unterschreiben.

The quality of the delivery is very good.
The shipping costs are not understandable.
It is a spare part, weighs less than 10 kg and can easily be sent by normal post as a parcel. Nevertheless, it is sent with a forwarding agent and thus with very high shipping costs.

Good and uncomplicated delivery. Everything received as ordered. Can recommand the shop and will order there again.

Der von mir bestellte Stuhl wurde nicht in der Originalgröße geliefert. Es ist eher ein Kinderstuhl. Da war ich sehr enttäuscht.
Habe sehr viel Geld dafür bezahlt.
Entweder woanders bestellen oder auf die Maße der Möbel achten.

Die Zahlungsmodalitäten waren etwas seltsam (Die Zahlungserinnerung kam vor der Mitteilung der Kontodaten!), ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Ware und im Grunde auch mit der Lieferung. Allerdings wurde der Liefertermin entgegen der Ankündigung bzgl. der Auslieferung nicht von der Lieferfirma angekündigt, die Ware stand einfach ohne Terminankündigung vor der Tür, was schon etwas eigenartig war bei einer Ware zu diesem nicht gerade niedrigen Preis. Aus diesen Gründen gibt es nur 4 Sterne, obwohl wir mit der Sesselauflage als solcher sehr zufrieden sind.
