Siamo molto soddisfatti.

The ES104 Office Chair is of very good…
The ES104 Office Chair is of very good quality. It is difficult to contact the company. Everything works perfectly until you place your order. Although it was supposedly in stock, it took almost six weeks for the chair to be delivered. In the meantime, I sent five enquiries that went unanswered. I even withdrew from the contract and demanded a refund of the amount I had paid. The shipping notification arrived two days later, so I took no further action. So, the product was fine – but the communication was a disaster.

Good delivery, great quality, easy to assemble
The C4 arrived well packaged and was easily assembled. I have a wonderfully comfortable chair of high quality now. I was sceptic at first because they want the payment up front and the delivery takes weeks. But I am very happy with the product. Thanks!

Emballage soigneux.
