Clean&Clean Avaliações 

I’m trying to understand some of those positive reviews here as they don’t match Google (verified) reviews neither the appalling service I experienced with Clean&Clean.
They said they would clean fixed appliances but our inbuilt coffee machine was left with all the coffee inside. There were lipsticks marks on the sink that were easy to swipe - I don’t know how that wasn’t cleaned. A leather armchair was left full of dust. I paid to steam clean the carpets but that have never happened, they just vacuumed it.
Last not least (especially if you’re a tenant booking an end of tenancy clean), the promised receipt was never sent. They completely ignored my emails when I asked for it as I needed to show it to the landlord.
Apart from what we paid Clean&Clean, we had to pay another £400 out of our deposit for another clean as Clean&Clean service was consider domestic cleaning and it was so bad we couldn’t argue.
Avoid at any cost.

The cleaner was super quick and efficient. It was an easy booking process and well worth the money. Thank you!

This is an excellent cleaning service. Our end of tenancy clean was great, all of the surfaces and appliances were cleaned to a high standard and the oven deep cleaned - we are very happy with the service.

Very good job. Made the flat look very clean to a professional standard

I used this company because they had a very comprehensive list on their service offering and were also available at short notice. However I can’t recommend using them, in that the £150 for two hours work of the poorest standard. The cleaner gave the impression that she understood what was being requested, but totally ignored me and left the laminate floorings with water streaks, cobwebs on light fittings, unwiped dirty kitchen cabinets, dirt and debris under bed and sofa’s…and much more. Avoid if you’re not going to personally supervise everything they do.

Further to their response 6/3/24 - I supplied this company with photographic evidence and because I was expecting new tenants a day later, I was not going to take their offer to re-clean the property as they’re far from being a professional cleaning company. The lady they sent, was just a cleaning lady without any professional cleaning equipment.

Anelia arrived on time and was really kind and respectful throughout the duration! She was also very thoughtful and detailed when cleaning and I would definitely use clean&clean again! She is amazing :)
