Roofing Megastore Avaliações

2nd time I've used Roofing Megastore and both times the service has been outstanding. No issues with stock as everything was off the shelf. Delivery date was given and that was good service too.
I'll be back again next year for the next project.

Pleasant people however the product I ordered was useless. UPVC rafter bars warped after 18 months and RM replaced them, then warped again 18 months later and again RM offered to replace. I asked for a refund instead and eventually they agreed, however they only sent me the cost of the plastic cappings which only represented around 20% of the cost of the whole system. Face up to the cost of Aluminium cappings available elswhere.

Easy site to use, they very helpfully offered the service of having the polycarbonate sheets cut to size which we couldn't find anywhere else.
We had an issue with one of the sheets, but it was rectified quickly and without fuss.

Would definitely recommend and use again!

Excellent service from start to finish! My order arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date, and everything was cut to size exactly as requested. The delivery process was clear and transparent throughout, and the drivers followed my instructions perfectly, as I wasn't there to receive the order.

The office team were incredibly helpful when I called for advice before placing my order, which gave me real confidence in buying from them.

I wouldn't hesitate to order from Roofing Megastore again. Fantastic customer service, reliable delivery and a great overall experience. Well done to the whole team!

The total amount due on the Payment Summary page including delivery was £8.33. When I checked my bank statement they had added an extra £39.60 on to the amount due to cover carriage costs. Avoid this company if you are only spending a small amount .

Spent £300+ for some plastic roofing, gave it a reasonable check when it arrived and all seemed good. The weather turned so it was a few weeks untill I could install it.
During installation it was clear 50% of the panels were damaged in the middle of the pack( which i found strange) 4 of which were unusable.
I emailed the company to get a pretty meh reply, basically a few weeks has gone by so F U kinda thing.Eventually offering an insulting 5% off 4 panels.
So the £300+ job is now a +400 job through no fault of my own.
Save the hassle buy local because it will be cheaper in the long run

The roofing panels look great with the anti-drip and being able to have panels the full length of my garage really helped and the delivery was excellent and unloaded them into my back garden

Awful. Place and order and told goods would arrive within 3 days. Three weeks on and numerous emails to the firm (not one from them). Still not confirmed a delivery date. Impossible to cal them just in a hold loop. Non existent customer service. Avoid! Unless you live next door and can go round and stand and wait to be served!!!!

The sales staff were excellent, I needed so much help and had to place more than one order. The delivery guys were also so very helpful placing all the components where I wanted them. My only complaint is when we were taking the protective film off the sheets, we could see scratches which had occurred during the transport of the sheets. When the van arrived the sheets had been so tightly packed in the van as the guys dragged them out the back of the van is when the damage occurred. Apart from this the damage has not effected the over all quality of the sheets which look amazing and meet our expectations completely.

Smooth ordering system via a good quote/design tool. Excellent communication regarding delivery.

Quick delivery, good price, sheets well packed and delivered undamaged. I would definitely recommend

Purchased goods in good faith that the delivery date would be honoured. Day before expected still showing as not dispatched. Phoned, eventually got through, got cut off, no call back, phoned again and advised will follow up and call back. Never called back. Then sent email with delivery date of the day I specifically told them I was travelling on and needed the goods prior to. Now need to try and cancel the order to buy elsewhere but that’s yet another form to cancel and one to advise them won’t be in on that date to take delivery. I am sure the customer service agents are harassed but it’s not good enough when you don’t consider the needs of your customers and put them first above your own interests. Would never use again.

polycarbonate sheet arrived well packaged and cut exactly to size

Delivered earlier than expected . Product good quality .

Good product, well protected for delivery so a vg experience. The delivery guys were careful too

Thank you for your service, and the products are really very good and good in price, thanks for delivery on time.

Materials ordered were as expected and fit for use all supplied by a second separate company including the delivery

The delivery time from payment was far too long and the £160 + for delivery was excessive

Poor communication and a delivery that was 2 hours late

Driver was a nice man

Good pricing, fast delivery, excellent communication throughout - that’s about everything you want isn’t it?

good choice quality products and competitive prices

Easy to use online ordering. Great product, great customer service when there was a slight delay in delivery.
They would easily get five stars except for the delivery service they used which was very poor.
