Great quality pvc corrugated sheets at vey good price. Delivery was quick too. Will use again in future.

Originally my experience wasn’t good. I was very happy with the products available and ordered silicone and 8 sheets of corrugated plastic. The silicone arrived but not the 8 sheets which was the bulk of the order. It took me 3 working days to figure out how to speak with someone. Phone was engaged and live chat just gave holding responses. I finally asked for a call back in the live chat, and that produced a quick response and a real person calling me.
From there things got moving and I had the sheets just two days later.

I’m happy with the product and glad that the distribution mistake was sorted out.

Excellent service and speedy delivery on a customised order. Product is of a high quality and arrived well packaged. So simple to order and being able to order customised sizes is a massive bonus. I would strongly recommend Clear Amber and will definitely use them again.

Excellent! Great product and good value for money, swift service and delivery and sent well protected

Would definitely use again and recommend.

Straight forward from ordering to delivery, kept informed all the way. No problems. Enjoyed doing business with the company.

I used clear amber polycarbonate sheet to build a an allotment greenhouse and found it easy and convenient to work with to construct a suitable structure. I then again used the polycarbonate sheet with H sections to join them to create a lean to structure. Prompt delivery and exactly what I needed. Note that although Clearamber H sections are not the cheapest they are much simpler to work with than some others.

A fuir

Original review (updated below) - Ordered some Corrapol Stormproof Corrugated Roof Sheet on 19th May based on good reviews and we are still waiting for an indication of when the order will be delivered. Was initially impressed with their real person chat service. Also the order tracker we got sent after placing the order, but except for an update after chasing them last week from processing to distribution, we are still no further forward. Very disappointing.

Updated review - after posting the above review things appeared to progress and I started to receive apologetic telephone calls every day until we finally received the roof sheeting on 8th June. I am still really disappointed in the delay after such a promising start which is because of the advertised delivery period versus what we experienced.
Regarding the product, it was pretty straightforward to install for novice DIYers. We also trimmed it to fit around a tree. It can be noisy in the rain but that is to be expected. We would use the product again but I would probably try to source a different supplier or factor in extra time for delays in delivery. Upgraded review from 1 star to 2 stars.

Everything all well packaged and protected to prevent any damage in transit

I purchased a huge 3500mm x 1700mm sheet of Axiome Clear 16mm Twinwall Polycarbonate. It is just as described and excellent quality. The delivery was quick and even the guy who delivered it was helpful. I would absolutely recommend Clear amber.

Missed one sheet although it was network mistake as costumer service contacted me told they was happy to refund some money because of this misunderstanding

I cannot fathom how this company gets high ratings,my first order had missing items and even though I sent photos and gave all the information I recieved no refund. My second delivery hasn't turned up at all so I asked for a cancellation and refund to which I recieved no reply,my third order also has not yet arrived. Unfortunately their guttering system does not work with others so I cannot finish my work by popping to the shops. The scaffolder has now billed me £500 to extend the scaffold and I am still yet to hear back from clear amber, multiple emails or live chats. If you want to get in contact with them you'd be best send smoke signals. What an embarrassment of a company.

Great company excellent 5 stars

Terrible experience from start to finish.
I placed my order 2 weeks in advance to avoid any complications. However this wasn’t nearly enough notice. They completely missed their own delivery window and their customer service response was one of couldn’t care less. This is just how things are apparently and I had to accept it. Completely threw my work schedule off and cost me a significant amount to move things around.
The product itself is subpar. Awkward to install and not of a decent quality. And I’ve had to order extra bits as they don’t supply you with all of the finishing materials required.
Avoid at all costs!!!

I needed new polycarbonate panels for my greenhouse roof which is nearly 20 years old. i shopped around for quotes ,some were over the top for price and delivery. I found Clearamber very reasonable indeed . I placed my order on Tuesday and it was delivered on the following Friday. you cant beat that and the delivery lad was very helpful also.

À la base, je ne suis pas fan de plastique et ses dérivés. Mais c'est la deuxième fois que je me sert de votre gamme Axiome et une troisième devrait suivre... donc ravi.
Bonne découverte.
À bientôt.

Delivery was marvellous faster than the local suppliers less than a mile from the house , the product excellent quality crystal condition & well wrapped , this also came in handy in the shed ,I would definitely use this company again .

Corrapol storm proof sheets are superb quality and easy to work with.
I found Clear Amber on a Google search -and they provided the exact sizes and specifications I required at a great price.
Updates to my order - and delivery were prompt and professional.
Thanks to Clear Amber, I’ve been able to convert my [previous] shed frame to a much needed greenhouse - and the results using their Corrapol product exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommended company and product.
