Big messs about my order, staff confused and lost about stock and booking delivery

I have been ordering my glasses from Clearly for a few years now. The range is great, it's so easy to order online. If I have to contact their customer service team, things are sorted out really quickly. Glasses are to me within a fortnight and if anything isn't right, the return process is really easy.

Amazing. First time buying from them, just some eye drops I needed and they were cheaper than getting them locally elsewhere and the express shipping was free, and it came so fast to Auckland in like two days, ordered Monday night and then arrived Wednesday morning. Will order again!

Delivery of my contacts took almost a month, I rang and questioned this and was told they were still processing the order about a week ago this isn't good enough I will probably be looking at a new supplier.

My order took a very long time to arrive, so long that I thought I'd been scammed. I ordered on 9th April and did not receive until 15 May after two email enquiries.

Fast shipping! And good quality products for cheaper prices :)

There was a mistake with my order and I contacted them immediately via email and chat to cancel it. There was no reply for some time, and then I was told it was too late to cancel it and to just return it upon receiving it. Not only is this bad for the environment, I was not refunded shipping and handling so I lost out on this amount despite doing everything in my power to cancel the order within minutes of placing it. Poor systems.

This order was a ‘reorder’ which was made super easy, just clicked on a few links and updated my payment. Shipping was super quick! For reference, I ordered my daughters contact lenses the day before from another company and they still haven’t arrived!

Fast service, good communication and updates on delivery

Thanks Clearly for amazing service! From ordering to delivery (and bonus was the discount if you subscribe!) your website is super user friendly and delivery was loads quicker than expected.. A blessing in disguise that my previous supplier had problems with their website for days on end. You now have a loyal customer 😊

This company is running a scam. Listing items on their online website and they don't have these items in stock. About a week ago, I purchased something on their website and today they have sent me an email that they don't have any stock on hand and they will process the refund. Blocked my money with them for no reason. No work ethics

Very quick delivery!

So slow its ridiculous, they stock nothing, and then it can take over a month to get the stock! You might think oh I'll save a couple of dollars, but the massive delays in supplying and order are just not worth it. Clearly you should shop somewhere else, because clearly this is one of the worst shops to buy contact lenses.

I ordered a pair of glasses they were not satisfactory I have been told I am entitled to a refund, I received a return form and posted the item, that was weeks ago. I have now contacted customer service three times regarding this, each time I am given a peacemeal " Refund should show in a few days" I am starting to wonder if I'll ever receive one. Something has gone wrong with this company!
