The gummy bears was a great touch. My contacts are great thanks. Only feedback is the box. Seems big for just a pack of contacts, Solution case and gummy bears.

Claire was great to deal with. I was hoping for a more cost effective variant to the Rayban Club Masters. Claire was very prompt at looking for similar ones and provided me with options that were very relevant.

The delivery was fast, and the contacts are amazing, better than the expensive ones from my local well known optometrist.

They delivered it so fast and safe…I was worried because I really needed my lenses and considering that I ordered in the middle of a holiday, they delivered on Tuesday morning. Amazing! Thank you so much!

The contact lenses areives very quickly and you sent me my favorite candy - HARIBOS! ans what's so funny about it was I was just finishing a pack as I opened the package with contact lenses. So awesome! Thank you! I have also taken a picture if you are keen to see it.

The pricing on my contact lenses were around 50% of the price of local online shops (and even cheaper than the insane prices of the brick and mortar stores). However:

1. None of the claimed "Buy $X amount in contact lenses and get free shipping" specials worked.

2. When I tried to place an initial order, nothing seemingly registered and I didn't get a confirmation email.

3. Thinking that my attempt at an order failed, I proceeded to order again. This time I immediately got a confirmation.

4. Then I saw two emails stating that my order might take longer to arrive. Thought that was strange but thought nothing of it. Neither order appeared in my website account falling those emails.

5. A couple of days later I saw two debits against my account.

I rang up Clearly and looked at the website at the same time. It turned out both orders went through. Was told it was too late to cancel one order but advised not to worry and just to arrange a return of one of the orders.

Both orders arrived earlier than expected (this was good). Tried to arrange a return online but didn't see a reason that matched my scenario. So I rang up and a return label was quickly issued to me.

It's been one week since Clearly received my return. No automated acknowledgement and no reflection of return process being underway in my account. I rang up again and was told that things were underway but a full refund might take up to 20 working days.

The prices are great. But the service is just rubbish. If they stuff up or delay my refund further, it's a one star experience.

Don’t know what has happened to this company but it’s now nothing but a scam! Do not buy from them.

I ordered some contacts and then the wait time was so long that I asked to cancel.

I waited and waited for confirmation of the cancellation but it didn’t come. I contacted them FIVE different times and all promised that the order would be cancelled.

It never was and we just got a shipping notification. So I rang again and the supervisor said there was nothing they could do. Absolute mess.

I’ll be disputing with the bank as I already bought the contacts elsewhere (specsavers, cheaper and faster!)
