Clements agency was brilliant. they helped us every step of the way. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to get their rates sorted. it was quick and easy. there fee policy is very reasonable also. David at Clements was very polite and friendly. Always there if we needed some advice.

I literally don't have the time or patients to do what they have done for me so thanks for that.
They reduced my rates then did it again when I had roadworks going on outside my shop. I did do my research before signing with them and other companies would have charged me twice as much so went with clements. Paid them and got a great result. I wouldn't of done this myself and they are still looking after my place.

Spoke directly to the surveyor that deals with my area. Kept me informed most of the way and got 2 reductions. Was told my measurements were wrong so that was a quick change but then got a huge reduction because of my rent. After I paid then the first reduction was within 2-3 weeks. Took couple of months for the next one but worth the wait, got a nice rebate in my account.
The surveyor also helped me with my rent but that was something I had to ask for but was happy to help. Worth it

I had to sign them up to the government gateway to get the job done and pay the deposit of £5.99. That was it from my end. Paid there fee after my report came back but I was a little in the dark but, had to just trust they would get the job done.
They did thankfully. I have given them my other premises just to see what can be done.
Was a bit wobbly because of the bad reviews on here but that wasn’t my experience.

Avoid this company. I made the mistake of engaging them in 2017 to question business rates for one of my two shops at a hefty fee. I chased them in 2019 (having had success DOING IT MYSELF with my other shop) and was fobbed off by a member of team who wasn't interested in helping, nor refunding. I finally got a positive response in 2022. I received no invoice at the time but I did get a reminder in October 2022. I needed to track down the 2017 contract to find out if the amount I paid was redeemable against the result (IT ISN'T) while doing so I got a message from the same horrible member of the team a threatening solicitors after only 7 days. The MD got in touch pretending to apologise. He blamed 'Bloody postal strikes' (his friendly but unprofessional language, not mine) for me not getting invoices in a timely manner. He also chose to abbreviate my name as if we were good chums (we aren't). I told him when to expect payment. He then chased payments again hours before the deadline. Clements Agency is a nasty and unnecessary company. You can do what they offer for free without them, and I can speak from experience. I wish I hadn't got involved with them in the first place. I regret not being more assertive in getting a refund in 2019 when I was fobbed me off, without proving they had done any work.

The company is very professional and the service is amazing . Mr Bryan and Mr David were very helpful. I recommend this company to anyone who has a problem with business rates

Tried to find a company to look into my rates and was recommended Clements agency. We emailed back and forth and they where very helpful with the whole process.
Every time we had a problem we got answers straight away
We paid the deposit and the report came back with a reduction. Paid the fee and got back £8,000. Really happy with the work and some of the office staff are great to chat too. It’s not the shortest of processes but it worked for me.

Clements took a long look into my rates. They made sure they found the right evidence to show to the VOA office made my life a lot easier . I was able to get small business relief when i wasn't sure i would be entitled to it . They also fought and were able to reclaim me back more than enough for me which was a shock. They are polite quick and to the point with eveyrthing they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone and to the point with everything they do . I had to register them as agent's which took a small amount of time but thet were on hand to help me through that .

I CALLED TO ASK WHY THEY TOOK MONEY OUT FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and TOLD HIM I AM NOT INTERESTED OF THEIR SERVICE WHICH EMAILED THEM 10 DAYS AGO, TOLD HIM THAT THEIR BUSINESS REVIEWS MADE ME FEEL THIS WAY and EVERYTHING I READ ARE ABSOLUTELY TRUE.just to give one example PERSON I WAS TRYING TO TALK ABAUT THIS FRAUD PAYMENT HE HAD TO GO MY OWN BUSINNES REVIEWS AND POINTING OUT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF MINE. this SHOWS HOW LOW IS THIS COMPANY

Back and forth working out if there even if there is something that can be done.
Thankfully it came through and I went into small business relief.

I’m really happy and relieved with the service and help I got from clements.I have 3 premises in which 2 of them I received a reduction and backdated money that I was owed from 2017. My other premises’ check and challenge is still pending but overall great customer service.

Used them for 3 of my premises, quick response, better than any other company I’ve used to try and reduce my rates before. Good customer service and straight to the point, ended up getting me around 4K back. Very happy !

Can’t believe this company gets a bad review , I have found them nothing but brilliant.

My first property is rated free and now my new premises has had a reduction of 3k a year.

Wow I can’t believe it, I thought they were going to do nothing as I have done this business rate appeal process on 3 other occasions, but Clements did something that no other company had done for before, THEY ACTUALLY GOT ME MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!

Clements agency are fantastic, I have already had a reduction in my rates on a previous property so when I moved into my new premises I thought of them immediately. They are quick and easy to work with and certainly helped me and my business so much.

I was very unsure at the beginning of dealing with this company however after receiving assurances from a director I decided to give them a chance. I have found that they have done exactly what they said they would do and am now awaiting the agreed reduction in my business rates.
