The containers were high quality and delivered just 8 days after my enquiry.
Negative:
This is only our second time of purchasing containers from Cleveland and on both occasions communication on delivery updates was poor and I have to constantly instigate updates.

Thank you so much for your feedback and 4-star review. After speaking to both your sales manager and the transport team, I can see that you initially enquired on the 9th July, and the containers were delivered 7 days later on the agreed date of the 16th which is a great turnaround. We work with third-party hauliers within their schedules, and we always contact customers the day before delivery to confirm an AM or PM slot.
After following up post-delivery to check how everything went, the sales manager was informed that everything went smoothly.
