I moved the content of a one bed flat from London to Germany with them in July 2022.

The positives:
- All my things arrived damage free
- they were friendly and very responsive to my emails at any stage of the booking/journey
- I paid £970 for the whole move incl insurance. This was their cheapest tariff, and it meant that I had to do all lifting inside the house on both ends myself, which worked out ok. I thought that price was fair.

The negatives:
- they don't communicate well about collection and delivery. On collection they only told me on the day that they will arrive in the afternoon. For delivery they said it will be 3-5 days. On day 5 they had still not given me a day. Finally they said the van will likely arrive on day 8. And then, out of the blue, on day 6 the driver rang my doorbell at 8pm saying he is parked in front of my house and wants to unload. Not one word from the company.
- none of the drivers spoke one word of English or German.
- 4 weeks before the move they decided to add on extra charges for higher fuel prices, too late to make other arrangements, I found that a bit cheeky.

All in all, I would use them again for 'easy' moves where I am ultra flexible about collection and delivery. If you don't have that flexibility I recommend to look for something more professional.

I’ve been used Clickmoves for moving stuff from London to South of France , everything went well from the beginning to the end.

Reactive, professional, reasonably expensive. Definitely recommend click moves.
We used their 1 man with a van service (we packed ourselves) for an international move, everything went well, the truck arrived before us at our destination and very few items were damaged compared to a previous move we did.
Just be advised that the insurance doesn’t cover partial damage when you pack yourself, which is understandable but worth noting.

Matt at Click Moves has been super responsive from the moment I reached out for a quote to checking on the delivery less than an hour after arrival.

From the first email reach out for a quote it has only taken two weeks for my items to be shipped from the US to the UK. All my items were intact with no damage and Matt kept me updated through the whole process.

It was really easy to use the service and limited paperwork to fill in.

I had to move from London to Stockholm and ClickMoves offered me one of the cheapest rates and provided and also answered tons of questions and even talked with me on the phone about my shipment -- and I'm an anxious person so I can't say I was the easiest customer to have. All of my things got sent quickly and efficiently. Nothing was damaged and everything arrived on time and as expected. If I had to relocate internationally again, I would go with ClickMoves for sure.

I moved from UK to Sweden. Overall it was a awesome service. Thank you for taking care of my belongings. I will definitely use your services in the future too. Keep up the good work. Thank you again.

Worst experience with a company ever.
We paid aprx 80 per cent more than the invoiced amount in extra fees and taxes. These were never explained or communicated fully. They refused to communicate with us by phone, only by email.
Their unprofessional conduct led us to have to contract another company to finally get our stuff to us. The local sub contractor Clickmoves contracted was also not competent. After they stopped replying to emails, it took us 7 months to obtain our completion documents. Please avoid.

Having read other reviews I see we are far from the only ones have had significant problems with Clickmoves' communication and service. I wish we had never engaged them. We had an inter continental move made frankly traumatic by their unprofessionalism.

More untruths. We provided ALL the documentation you told us we needed before the shipment arrived in Djibouti. What we didn't provide is what we told you months before we didn't have - duty free status - only for you to ask for our duty free certificate when our shipment arrived. You and your local agent were not able to tell us what we needed - you had not done your homework - and in the end we had to secure this extra documentation ourselves. You left us totally without competent support once you had taken our money.

And you say we received our shipment over a year ago?? That is so factually incorrect. We received it in November 2021 and we had to get another company to oversee its delivery. It has taken 7 months to receive the final paperwork from you and we had to chase and chase.

Our review and others like it speak for itself.
The shipment was taken from our house on 25th June 2021. How can it have arrived in Addis on the same day? In fact it arrived almost 5 months later and we had to have another company oversee its delivery. It has then taken us 7 months - until 2 weeks ago - to receive the final paperwork for our shipment. We've provided evidence to trustpilot to substantiate all this, as you keep trying to have our taken down.

This response again shows your inability to communicate truthfully.

Really great service from start to finish. Matt and his team have been very efficient, they provided us a very competitive quote and got our goods delivered at the time agreed. They have been very friendly and communicative, kept us updated throughout the whole move. They very very helpful with organising customs clearance too so it was really a stress-free move. Overall a very positive experience and would recommend Clickmoves to anyone!

I used ClickMoves to move my things from London to Sweden, and I decided to use them because they were the cheapest. This is a decision I very much regret in hindsight.

To make things clear straight away, they delivered my things from point A to B, albeit very late, and most of the boxes were in good condition. So their truck drivers did a good job.

But Matt and his team do not seem to understand communication very well, at least not once they had taken my money.
I had to chase them multiple times to get answers to the most basic questions regarding both pick-up and drop-off, and I was originally told it would take 3-5 days to deliver. In the end, after 10 working days, they delivered and did not tell me they were on their way until hours before. At this point I had been waiting around for 2 weeks, just wanting to know if it would arrive soon or not.
Had they told me it would take 2 weeks it would've been fine. Had they told me a day before that the truck had left the UK I would've known it was on the way. The only reason I was vaguely prepared was because I had left trackers in the boxes, otherwise I would've been standing with the boxes in the gutter for a whole weekend.

At no point have they admitted they messed up, but instead told me it's what I agreed to when I signed their contract, which it very much was not.

All I needed was communication from them and I would've been understanding, but they didn't care about my situation at all, and I would recommend ANYONE to go with a more expensive service that is more reliable and who answers your questions without being rude. Absolutely regret paying them anything at all.

We booked our assisted move to France but had to cancel due to legal reasons. Matt returned our full deposit with no problems, so this was very welcome during a stressful period

We recently used Click Moves from London to Stockholm and we are 10/10 satisfied and happy with them. Matt & Madhuri are super prompt, helpful and polite and i'd say totally disregard the reviews that say otherwise. I was really concerned having read one or two saying they disappeared but after all I had such a tremendously different experience with them. They were present by email super fast and also via phone call.

The speed of delivery was great. Took 1 week but bear in mind it was easter break so I think they did super well. To be fair, even 1 week I think is a great timing.

Most importantly, our stuff came in perfect condition. I have made many moves, and that was the best condition I have received boxes in. They were almost intact. I was really concerned for this aspect too so I really want to highlight it. They did a great job on this front and this is the most important aspect.

Pick up and delivery were also really smooth.

I am very very very happy with them and I'd like to urge you to go ahead for European transfers for sure. I have done a lot of research and they have by far the most competitive rate. And best of all, they deliver high quality.

Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful when assessing our move requirements. I also felt confident that his company understood the customs requirements and had good processes in place. In the end our move was coordinated by a friend so can’t review ClickMoves implementation of a move so my rating is based on the presales experience. My experience of ClickMoves was positive.

We used Clickmoves to relocate some equipment to France from the UK.

The quotation was delivered on time, as was their invoice and our subsequent payment.

The delivery was for a Friday, the collection being two days before. I had an email on the Friday to say the delivery would now take place on the following Monday. Mid afternoon Monday I'd heard nothing so I emailed them, still nothing. Eventually I received an email being told I'd receive a call which of course never happened. The following day after being concerned I had been scammed I threaten to involve the police as I had no idea where my stuff was and I'd paid the money and didn't have an ETA and had been let down on two occasions. After several emails I was told I'd receive the delivery on the Wednesday at 6pm. The delivery eventually arrived at 7pm Wednesday evening, five days late. I would never use Clickmoves again, they changed the delivery vehicle as well. I feel misled and mis-sold, go elsewhere!

I feel I have to respond to the lies below. I made it more than clear I required my delivery as I was heading home, yet despite several promises I was let down. I have it in writing from Matt the delivery would be 2-3 days after collection.
