Faultless service, with good communication at a very competitive price. I would certainly highly recommend and hire them again.

I don't trust this company. They have no phone number to contact them. I asked for a quote. Got one quickly but when I had questions you could only chat to a bot and they wanted all sorts of personal details before putting you through to presumably a 'live' person. My principle is that if a company has no phone number they don't want to deal with customers.

Your reply is disingenuous. Yes your agent gives his mobile but he is merely an agent. You do not list s company phone number. In the event of an issue I do not wish to speak to a salesman I wish to speak to the company and the head office. Plus I called the agent twice and he called back 4 days later. I'm afraid my original concerns stand.

Very happy with their service.
I chose them because they were the most responsive and with a simple process and they proved to be efficient from the beginning till the delivery. Great customer service.

We recently moved from London to France and our experience was very satisfactory. Throughout all the process they were very quick to answer and all communications were clear. Everything went very fast and efficient, they collected our things on Monday (about 20 moving boxes + TV) and on Tuesday everything arrived at our new location in France, Very fast and everything arrived in perfect conditions.
Thank you again for your service and all the help from Matt and Madhuri, and definitely recommend to others who May need this type of service.

Clickmoves were extremely efficient and helpful throughout the service! Matt and Madhuri made everything easy for us in the process of moving everything over, it was a stress-free and a trustworthy service that I would definitely recommend!

I recently used Clickmoves services moving my things from Oslo, Norway to Barcelona, Spain, I consider very important the customer service and the follow up from getting the quote to the final unloading destination. Cannot say mine was the easiest but there was a little challenge by the little amount of time to make it possible, and they MAKE IT POSSIBLE; Matt and Madhuri are 2 top gentlemen that will do the extra effort so you are calm and satisfy. Constant follow ups and updates with the transport, They told me at the beginning an ETA between 3-5 days, and 1 day after the confirm the exact day, sadly a little hick up at the customs office, but they make the possible to makle it out ASP. I would give 10 stars if possible, Keep to good work guys, and till next moving time :) :)

Clickmoves offered the best rate I could find for a small move (7 boxes) from Sweden to the UK. Matt and Madhuri were responsive and flexible over email. There were some communication issues but in the end these were resolved. All my goods arrived in perfect condition.

I used click moves to move household goods from England to the South of France. The whole experience was first class. Their communication is excellent and I knew where I was throughout the whole process. Tje collection was made on a Friday afternoon and the delivery arrived on the Sunday afternoon. 1300 kilometres difference!!! The driver was extremely helpful and took great care with making sure the fragile items were securely packed. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely use them again and whole heartedly recommend them to others.

They had brilliant service. I had nothing I could complaint about, the communication was a very important factor for my good experience. No information was held back and I knew what was happening with my packages at all times which really reassured me. all in all it was a great experience.

Pre-sales was OK. But as soon as they have your money it suddenly feels like you have been scammed. You won't get any response to your emails or phone calls. At the most important moment, when you have handed over your life packed into boxes to a stranger in a lorry. When you ask them for information over and over but get no response... confusion and panic soon follow. They are not professional, just some guys running a side hustle to make quick money. They don't care about you beyond closing the sale and getting paid. I would not use them again or recommend anyone uses them after my experience. We did receive our stuff in the end but many pieces of furniture were scratched and bashed in transit because they outsource to cheap labour who don't take any care to secure your possessions.

ClickMoves managed my move to New York, they were great - I would highly recommend them.

We had a mixed experience with Clickmoves. Positives and a couple of negatives. Trying to write a balanced review here.

The good
• Good remote consultation
• The Clickmoves team were amazing at accommodating our changed timetable due to visa issues. Cannot fault them at all for being open & honest about what was possible, and accommodating the change
• Everything was brilliantly packed, with zero breakages. Kudos to the team for this. Perhaps a little too well packed in some instances, but I'd rather that than something else!
• Guys doing the pick up and drop off very personable and nice chaps

The middling
• The move was outsourced to another company (not wholly sure of the relationship), and they turned up feigning that we were supposed to have packed. They did a good job, and got on with it, so this nets out at zero
• Volume was underestimated, so costs came in higher at the end by a significant chunk. Volume would have been increased by over cautious packing of items (e.g. a flexible washing ball was wrapped in paper!; computer cables wrapped etc), but I'm finding it hard to get too worked up by this.

The bad
• We were told a range of 5-12 days for delivery of our things in an early email. It was very hard to pin Clickmoves down on a delivery date, and it ended up being 19 days. I wouldn't mind if this was clear up front – we could have planned around it – but acknowledgment that the original timing was not honoured never came
• Everything arrived apart from an expensive chef's knife: confirmed it wasn't left behind in the previous flat, so it's "gone missing" in the journey. This is surprising given how well sealed the boxes were, so there's zero chance it fell out. Triple checked all packing materials and broke down every box: missing. Our things were inventoried by Easymoves for French customs, so the boxes were likely opened between pickup and delivery, and it was removed. There's no other explanation.

Great service, i give them my warmest recommendations!

Our move with Click Moves from London to Stockholm was easy and straight forward. It was easy for him to assess how much we needed to move with a video call and we received boxes for moving shortly afterwards. We did have some water damage to two of the boxes, but Matt was kind enough to reimburse us for the damaged books. Overall I would recommend.

Fast and carefull! Really rcommend it

We moved all our things, including big and fragile furnitures, from UK to Sweden. We experienced excellent service from start to finish! They answered all my questions promptly and were very helpful and friendly. The pick up and delivery of the furniture went very smoothly. The guy who drove the truck and helped us with the furnitures lifted our 100 kg table like it was a feather 😀 he was very helpful, sufficient and friendly as well. Moving all your belongings from one country to another is a drag (especially during times like this) but Clickmoves made the experience so much easier and helped reduce the stress a lot!

Excellent service, communication and efficiency. Friendly staff from the owner all the way to delivery guys. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Everything went well.

Overall Matt's team did a very good job organising our move to France and I would use the service again.

However, our driver didnt speak a word of English and it made communication really difficult and led to several miscommunications regarding the exact arrival day/time.

Still a positive experience.

Matt and his team very extremely responsive and provided an very high level of service at great prices. I highly recommend them. Everything arrived safely.
