Just to be clear. I’m only giving 1 star because I actually received product. So it’s not officially a scam.

The order took ages to get to me. Not to say shipping lead times are the best from China. But the product speaks for itself. They are sized terribly. The material is worse than some knockoff Walmart shoes. I sat them on my balcony to de-stink for two days. Just overall not pleasant to even wear. I may beat around in them in the house. I might even donate them being virtually brand new.

Here is where I really have a problem. And I may be at fault for not reading the fine print. I was hit with a 29.99 charge for a cloggs subscription. I don’t even remember signing up with an email for an account. I try to order and checkout as a guest when I can’t to stay away from spam emails. Either way I reach out to support. They don’t get back to me for a week. Then they tell me they can cancel my subscription but cannot refund. How did I even get signed up when I don’t have an account on your website.

Overall just a really bad time. If you like buying junk from China. Not to say it’s all junk. But this definitely is. Go for it. They might even steal an extra $30 off you for the customer service experience.

Tried them out as a house shoe but now I wear them everywhere. Definitely recommend.

Charged for a rewards club i never signed up for and was told by “Maddy” I couldn’t get a refund

Arrived 3 months late were too small to put on and very uncomfortable material. They list on the website the measurements that aren't normal sizes so you're supposed to size up but they came even smaller than listed.

Then when I tried to return they refused.

FRAUD AND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CARD INFORMATION THEY KEEP PROCESSING ORDERS AND CHARGING YOU. I have already written a review about my horrible experience as what I received in the mail is completely poor quality compared to how the item appears on their website, and the sizing is extremely off. I emailed them to initiate a return and it took almost a week to get any sort of response. Once I finally started getting responses they were very repetitive and almost robotic, from a Maddy J. They said they do not accept returns or provide refunds even though their website clearly states they have a 30 day return window with a proof of purchase. They are also called "Cloggs US" but ship from China. After going back and forth with Maddy J about my frustrations and how their website is deceiving and they are scamming people, I got an email back saying " Thank you for placing an order with us! We'll be sure to send you tracking details soon." I immediately checked my banking app and saw they in fact charged me AGAIN when I did not pace another order! This is a complete violation of my privacy and a misuse and abuse of my banking information. This website needs to be shut down and these people need to be stopped.

I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION SO THEY CAN GET SHUT DOWN.

Love the style and comfort of these clogs. They make long days on my feet so much easier.

Massive scam.

They obviously are fake and made in China as both pairs I ordered are about 4 sizes smaller than what is stated.

They have also attempted charging me multiple times a month after my first purchase.

Never arrived. Tried calling the number listed went straight to voicemail. Tried emailing support listed and got no reply. If you want this style of shoe i highly advise staying far far away from this clown ass company. Shoes are shipped out of the country. They do not state that. They only show “Chicago “.

This is the scammiest company I have ever dealt with! BEWARE! I tried to cancel my order after not receiving my shoes a full month after ordering. Only after I tried to cancel did I get an “order shipped” email about a week later. They still did not show up for another month. I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card cause I fully believed nothing was going to arrive. Their website states they have a 30 day return policy but going b&f in emails, they tried to tell me they don’t accept returns on sale items (was not a sale item). I informed them that I already have a credit from my credit card company because of the dispute and that this was their chance to get their product back if they wanted to supply me with a return shipping label. Then it comes out - I can get an “exemption” and may return the item TO CHINA but I must “shoulder the shipping costs” and deal with customs paperwork. So I guess I will be keeping their crappy shoes.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THESE CLOGGS. THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!! THE SHOES LOOK NOTHING LIKE ADVERTISED, THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE THEM BACK. I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED.
THEY ARE FROM CHINA AND WILL TAKE 3-4 WEEKS FIR DELIVERY.

This company is a scam. We ordered a pair of shoes around January and they still have not come. They gave us false tracking information, and customer service is no help. Do NOT buy from this company, it is a complete waste of time and money p

Would not help process return because item was on sale. Checked their website, and EVERY item is on sale.

I made the mistake ordering without looking at real reviews. Like others, shipment took more than 3 weeks. The quality of the shoes is not anything worth even the $30 sale price (save your money and pick up the same exact shoe from Walmart). The smell is terrible, poor quality and fit. They will not return the purchase even though the website claims 100% guarantee. Do not order from this site!

Ordered a pair because I saw a review in Instagram. Order Dec 14 thinking they would arrive for Christmas. Now January 11 and still not here. Delivery information Is on some website nobody has ever heard of. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Atrocious company! Waited for clogs that were promised for Christmas. Nothing showed up. No communication. A complete scam!! Avoid this company at all costs!

It took 3 weeks for the shoes to arrive in a plastic bag. The material is not what the website states. They are basically plastic and cardboard and the footbed is not cushioned at all. They also run very small. When I asked for a refund, Maddy J. emailed me back that they could not take returns on sale items. The website states that there are free returns and refunds. The is a shady company and I wish that I never ordered from them. I have challenged the charge on my credit card. Tried to call the phone number on the credit card bill and it just gives you a busy signal. Do not trust them just because they are on FaceBook. The pictures on the website are not true depictions of what you will receive when you order.

Scam..... don't buy! The product doesn't match the description provided on the website, No return and NO refund! SCAM!
