We have booked two vacations through club 1 so far. The discounts made their nightly price lower than any i found elsewhere. They even have a number to text for customer service and a real person responds straight away. Looking forward to booking all our travel through Club 1!

I have booked several times with Club 1 Hotels and can highly recommend their service. Prices are always very competitive and never had any issues when checking in.

MLK weekend was pretty busy..finding hotels at better rates was challenging and stumbled upon club1hotels and it met my purpose..not only better deal but also easy go experience.

This place is in a perfect location, it’s beautiful and decorated with a clean minimalist feel. You can tell it was maybe recently updated. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Check in was a breeze.
With that being said, I’m a stickler for clean hotel rooms because I was once a housekeeper for a hotel. I know the inns and outs. While I know things could be much worse- I still have reservations when I’m paying $250+ for a room and things were over looked. Upon entering the halls to my room, the place smelled old. It was strong. And although I understand it’s by water and the place is old, the smell was off putting.
The top blanket in hotels is not washed every time. That’s why upscale hotels do a really good job of covering the top blanket with a duvet or sheets. You have a sheet on top that you fold over and under the blanket and then the bottom sheet it folded over both the top blanket and sheet. They did not do this- and there was spots on the blanket. I always pull everything back and look to see if it was payed in. While there was no obvious signs of any one laying in the bed, there was some hair and it resembled dog hair. The bedding smelled clean fresh out of laundry so I wasn’t worried. The bathroom was nice very and clean. They put a strip over the toilet to show no one has used it and that it was cleaned. There was some finger prints on the magnifying mirror and as I was showering someone had written “I see you” With tiny footprints in the fog on the shower door. Lol it was cute- but it was not throughly cleaned. The pump for the conditioner and body wash did not work good. I could see they were full, but did not pump out any thing.
There were some odd drips on the door in the bathroom that may have been splatter from throwing up? And there was some of the same on the skirting area on the bed. An old dried noodle on the base of the table and some kind of wrapper was left on the floor. The floor in front of the fridge was sticky… oh- and there was a ladies eyelash stuck to the tissue box.
The door to the hall was drafty and loud. The light from the bottom and side of the door lit up the room. And you could hear EVERYTHING from everywhere.
Every year I gift myself a night away with no kids or husband and I chose this place because of the jacuzzi tub and that was great! It was clean and the view was beautiful. The towels were fluffy and clean, the bed was also very comfortable.
This place has a ton of potential!!! Maybe if they get different housekeepers? I know the pool of people trying to find jobs is lacking ppl who really want to work- but at the end of the day, I paid $250+ for a sorda clean room so that’s a bit disappointing.

Used Club 1 Hotels when I booked my 5 star hotel to Sydney, Australia. Got an amazing deal to stay at this hotel which I probably wouldn't have booked if it wasn't for this deal. Everything from reservations to check in went smoothly. And the hotel was absolutely worth it. Great room overlooking Sydney Hyde Park and spacious. Really happy with the ease and results of using Club 1 Hotels. Will definitely continue to use them for all my traveling needs.

We loved that it was adult only. The rooms were nice and clean. The shower didn’t drain properly though and was kinda gross. But other than that the room we upgraded to was perfect view of the stadium swim. The only other issue we had wasn’t really an issue but on the floor of the casino it was like pulling teeth to get a waitress to bring a drink

Was a good time. Was clean. They were very kind.

I was a bit suspicious but decided to buy a large value voucher. I used a part of that voucher to book a car in Los Angeles Airport and was amazed that I got a Hertz owned Tesla for 3 weeks for under $800 for the complete period - I have not been charged for electricity to date either. Amazing.

I have used Club 1 Hotels for many years for our vacation trips around the world and always had good prices and good service.

From easily booking to the stay here. It was Great. The service was good, the hotel was nice, but the use of Club 1 Hotels was exceptional as always. I will continue to book with them.

I’ve enjoyed club 1 booking app since i found out through my employer, rate choices & services are exceptional, Highly recommended.

I've used Club1Hotels 2 or 3 times a year for the last 5 years and always had great experiences.
Most times, Club 1 prices are unbeatable. Especially in the USA and Europe. Hotel chains say that they have price match programs or best price guaranteed, but when you try to have them match Club1 prices, they tell you that their programs don't apply with members-only fares.
So, when prices are better on Club1, I usually book directly with them.
The reservations have always shown up at the hotels, charges are transparent, and they have a good loyalty program. They also have some unbeatable deals of discounted gift cards. The ongoing one is up to15% off gift cards (And you can use it in multiple reservations but only 1 gift card per reservation).
Pro-tip, when you arrive at the front desk, ask them if they can add your member number to the reservation. I have earned points at Hilton Honors and Marriott Bonvoy with my reservations made at Club1.

I was not aware of Club 1 until my credit card subscription provided it as its partner. I was very glad to book two excellent deals for our upcoming family trip that we are organising. A hotel booking in better price and terms than what the hotel itself or other popular platforms were offering as well as a very good airport transfer. Looking forward to my trip now!

I used Club1Hotels many times in 2023 both for personal and professional travels in USA, Europe and China, each time I got a better deal than on any other websites and sometimes the difference was big.

My last travel was in November and I booked my Hotel in Shenzhen for a crazy low rate

The booking process is straightforward. Lots of choice in hotels. I think this is a great alternative to other popular hotel booking platforms.

Enjoyed our stay at the spacious apartment. Booking & check in were seamless & friendly.
The rooms gave us plenty of room to spread out, it was very quiet in spite of being close to a busy road. On a warm day the pool was a lovely bonus as was the simple breakfast to set us on our way.
Would definitely stay at these hotels again as the price & cleanliness was very good.

I've enjoyed Club 1 Hotel benefits through an employer and was finally able to reserve through them on a recent trip to Aruba. I stayed at Riu Palace (all inclusive) and the edge on my Club 1 reservation was the "credits" we received that can be used towards the hotel. While they are not direct credits and more so coupons, they were not being provided by the hotel directly at this specific time of my booking. There was a holiday deal going on so my booking came out cheaper with Club 1 versus direct through the hotel so I came out on top, despite not using the coupons. I've only booked hotels through them thus far. I look forward to using Resort Pass one day which I believe is exclusive to this membership.

My gripe with Club 1 is its inconsistency and what seems to be a manual process in place. Most reservations allow a generous cancellation policy which is a plus but if you do need to cancel, it takes weeks to get a refund! The first time I booked and needed to cancel - I didn't get a refund until I reached out several times and I was $9k out on my credit card for several weeks. They say 15 business days from the date of confirmation but this is much longer than if you were to do a direct booking. When booking a vacation, that's a lot of money to have to wait around for and not to mention inquire of after it's been several weeks. The same goes for points that did not automatically show up for my booking from last month. Once I reached out, they were presumably manually added. Finally, when it comes to accommodation descriptions, such a a hotel room type, it's really difficulty to know what you'll be getting because there's no specific description provided typically and when you text with customer service, they really don't know more than what their vague description states. To work around this, I booked multiple reservations, then called the hotel directly to know what I booked and then cancel, which again takes weeks on end to process. Sometimes you think based on the description that you are getting a great deal for a specific room type and upon booking, you learn this is not the same. It would be very straightforward and helpful if room descriptions were exactly the same as booking direct so there's no confusion as to what you are paying for. Also, it is at times unclear as to if you will owe a resort fee outside of the price you pay Club 1. I luckily did not need to pay anything additional for my reservation in Aruba, but for a previous reservation in Hawaii, I would have needed to.

The sales they have sporadically at times make Club 1 competitive pricing wise. However, if you have loyalty membership to hotels (think Hilton, Marriott), you will likely get a better value booking direct - and not to mention points and the incentives (free breakfast/food and beverage credit, late check out, voucher if applicable) for your stay. You can also cancel and get money back within 24 hours! It would be great if Club 1 would be able to negotiate some of these things as I typically will always end of preferring to book direct when the price is lower direct.

Always my go to when looking to book a hotel stay. I've now used Club1Hotels multiple times and their customer service is first class. Highlighy recommend
