Repeated problems over last 2 years…
Repeated problems over last 2 years with inflexible subscription. Now not one but two deceitful fiascos with their chosen (appalling) courier. Been without my order now for nearly a week. Refused my suggested remedy to use FedEx or UPS. Lots of sorry and no solution. Take my evidence based advice - 🚨 AVOID 🚨. Dreadful beyond belief.

Hi there, firstly we want to acknowledge that we hear your frustrations regarding your delivery and this absolutely isn't how we like to operate, and we're sorry for this. We are in the process of rolling out our own delivery fleet in London to manage more of our customer deliveries ourselves in order to provide solutions to this. The reason we have to use certain couriers is around their restrictions with handling dangerous goods, and therefore can only work with ones who handle gas. Have been trying for 5 days to cancel…
Have been trying for 5 days to cancel my subscription. they won’t let you do it online but say you need to phone them and of course they don’t answer the telephone!!!! So Im stuck with a product that I don’t want and paying £44. Also watch out as they sneakily hike their prices at each delivery!

This company has always been great, but the customer service was exceptional this week when we were responsible for a mix up with the delivery company. CO2 responded to our dilemma immediately and resolved it rapidly and in a very friendly, warm manner. If all companies operated like this, the world would be a far better place.

Cancelling a NIGHTMARE!
If you don't use much, DO NOT BOTHER! Nightmare to cancel. Maximum is 4 months delivery. Have a huge backlog of the bl**dy things, and they don't give you any time to use up what is left before returning the cylinders. Really rubbish. Left with nearly 4 full ones and they are refusing to cancel my subscription unless I return the cannisters within weeks - never going to use up all that gas in that time. Really rubbish customer service and a nightmare to extract from the bl**dy service if you do want to. If you are a relatively low volume user (it is just me), it is definitely wroth sticking to purchasing branded cannisters from High Street stores.

We're sorry the subscription wasn't the right fit, we try to offer different options and flexibility to accommodate this - like dropping to a 2 cylinder plan, or purchasing single cylinders. Our customer service team are on hand to help with queries and finding the right set-up for your household.
Our subscription works more like a flat-rate service than a pay-per-use one. Your subscription charge gives you access to up-to 4 cylinders of gas within the time frame (similar to how your phone contract works). As a circular economy, we rely on cylinders being returned in line with subscription periods. That said, we try to offer some flexibility where possible and we'd always rather help someone adjust their plan to meet their needs.
The return of cylinders on cancellation is our standard process, as they remain our property. If there were any gaps in communication on timing we will always look into that. We hope you'd give us another chance on a smaller plan, and if not the team are always here if you change your mind in future.

Easy-peasy
I’ve been using CO2you for over a year now and the service is great. When my last bottle is getting low I receive an email then an invoice which is all paid automatically. Finally I get a swap out date via text from the courier and I just need to put my empties in the box and swap them for full bottles. Easy-peasy
