I was reluctant to buy online as I hadn't heard of the company before, but delivery was fast delivery, the product's great, and at an excellent price!

The product- a latex cushion, is just the job, we always use natural latex pillows and this is just as comfortable. Just wish I realised that the next day delivery I paid for would’nt be in operation over the bank holiday weekend.

Waste of my money as the item does not stay on the duvet. I Bought two waterproof duvet protectors for each of my mothers duvets and they are not as expected, I have just looked on your website again and they look like they are zipped and so would fully encase the duvet as I expected , however the items I have been sent do not fully encased the duvet but only have a flap each end that hooks over the duvet, as soon as my mother moves in bed they slip right off the duvet therefore do not do an adequate job of keeping the duvet from being soiled when she has one of her daily/nightly accidents. Have even tried putting both on one duvet one on the top and one on the bottom but they do not stay in place and slip straight off the duvet as soon as there is any movement. Very disappointing to have wasted my money on items that do not do the job required
