Felt supported, informed and cared for throughout. Highly recommend. I was successful in my journey. Which i know is jot the case for everyone. But my rating is 5 stars is not on the success of becoming pregnant but rather the experience i had with the Kind IVF process and staff

Everyone involved showed a great level of professionalism and at the same time vaery personable. We felt important, heard and cared for during this stressful time. Started the process in Oct 2023, had our gorgeous baby boy in Aug 2024

I can’t praise Brentwood Kind IVF Clinic enough for our experience. Every single lady we spoke with made us feel at ease, welcome and comfortable. I can honestly say I felt as though they just had me and only me as a patient with how quickly they responded to emails ect it’s been fantastic! Struggling to fall pregnant for 2 years is hard emotional, to then start your IVF journey it can feel so overwhelming! But fortunately with some research into Kind IVF we are now 5 months pregnant with our little miracle and we can’t thank those beautiful ladies enough! Do not hesitate to start your ivf journey with KIND IVF you won’t be disappointed x

The London Women's Clinic, KIND IVF Reading branch have been nothing but incredible since we walked in on an open day. Attentive, caring, considerate, empathetic, the whole team, Dr Arthi, Nicky and Michelle, approach you with compassion through one of the more difficult times in a fertility journey. They are so knowledgeable, adaptable to you as an individual and will work to explain everything in a way you can understand. Their care throughout the process has been faultless, and it has made a stressful situation much more manageable. We are just so grateful we went along to the open day!

Starting with positives- lovely staff in the clinic, made to feel welcome and actually whole tests process took less than an hour so no problems. Appreciated there was parking across from the clinic. Negatives- sheer quantity of forms of medical history etc. prior to appointment only to need to recap all this in meeting with doctor. Advised would receive a teams link day before, didn't receive it until about a minute before the appointment. Wouldn't discuss my partners results with me as he was not on the call (no mention of this before the day even though I clarified call only with me due to working situation) which caused a lot of undue stress. Told I was also having thyroid function and vitamin D tests on the day bloods taken (and saw these marked on the request form) only to be advised afterwards that Amh was the only test sent and no further results were pending. I felt the consultation with the doctor was mainly geared at selling me on IVF vs actually discussing mine and my partners results.
Clinic slow to then send results by email (advised 48 working hours on first phone call, which is absurd as results obviously available, surely an email takes a minute to send). Called at least 3x the following day to chase before having full results sent across. Makes me think twice about returning for anything further which is really disappointing.

My partner and I recently attended a Fertility MOT and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

The service and overall process felt incredibly professional and thorough. The clinical team and Consultant were outstanding clear, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable.

They identified aspects of my reproductive health that had previously been missed on other private scans, which gave us real clarity and confidence moving forward.

We felt listened to and properly cared for throughout.

I would fully recommend Kind IVF. We had all our appointments at London Bridge and Harley Street and only met lovely nurses and doctors. We were diagnosed with unexplained infertility, but we were lucky to be successful on the first fresh transfer and have two more embryos in the freezer. The app and designated patient care coordinator were really helpful and it was great to be able to ask questions throughout.

Me and my partner choose Canterbury Kind IVF in november 2025 after 3 years of unexplained secondary infertility and 2 years of NHS treatment (chlomid and letrozole) in which none had worked, we thought it would never happen for us and had lost all confidence. The team at Canterbury gave us hope , they made me feel supported and cared for from reception staff to the nurses, I felt safe, after being so nervous to start IVF. We had the KIND IVF package as we met the criteria, we was able to start straight away, I found the process so much easier then I had imagined in my head, mentally and physically the experience I found pleasantly easy. The day of egg collection in Bromley came and I was so scared to the point of crying but the staff there treated me so kindly I felt like I had my “sisters” taking care of me, they held my hand and got me through it (turns out there was no pain and no where near as bad as I had made out in my head). We was super lucky and I’m happy to say we are nearly 11 weeks pregnant with our first round with embroyo in storage. What a blessing this place is. The staff should know how amazing they are. My only regret is we didn’t do it years sooner. If your thinking about using them, be brave and don’t hesitate. You never know how lucky you might be :)

I have gone through the Kind IVF process with the Tunbridge Wells team over the last 6 months. My process involves numerous scans, two blood tests, fertility injections, one egg collection procedure, of which only one egg was collected, fertilized and grew to blastocyst, and then one embryo transfer.
During which I have done two cycles, the first unfortunately not being successful but the team swiftly starting me on a new cycle which has resulted in a positive pregnancy test and positive viability scan. I am now 8 weeks.
Throughout my experience with the Tunbridge wells team they have been fantastic, extremely supportive even when times have been really hard and I didn't get the initial result I wanted.
The team have been excellent at replying to emails with any concerns, compassionate, kind and caring at my appointments and were genuinely excited when I got the good news.
I want to extend my thanks to the team, especially my nurses Lisa-marie and Claire who treated me for their warmth and their obvious passion for their job.

Otherwise it was good experience visiting kind IVF. Staff was friendly and nice and the doctors were supportive.

As a single woman, I chose to have IVF through the KindIVF donor pathway. From my very first appointment Carla, Ana-Maria and Doctor Goswami put me so at ease, they were compassionate, knowledgeable and non judgemental at every stage. I was lucky enough to conceive with my first fresh embryo transfer, and I absolutely believe that their compassionate care was a big factor in my success. They answered any queries quickly through email, and were able to help me time my appointments around my life to reduce stress during treatment.
They also checked in throughout my pregnancy, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about the outcome for me and my baby.
I can't thank them all enough for helping me to have my beautiful boy, and look forward to seeing them again in the future!

The doctors were incredibly kind and attentive, making my examination a gentle and comforting experience.

Excellent communication

Myself and my husband went to the Colchester clinic and we can not recommend them enough absolutely amazing people very personal feel so happy we made the choice to go with them! Polite from the very beginning so helpful and reassuring!

From the start, the staff of Kind IVF have been informative and attentive. The Nurses and Consultants were really helpful; every question we asked was answered, and they guided us through the whole journey. Every bit of information provided was accurate and up-to-date.
We underwent a fresh embryo transfer and succeeded the first time, with an Early Pregnancy scan around 7 weeks. The nurses checked in just around 12 weeks and asked for an update after the first scan. I am currently 16 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby growing inside. The nurses will check in once more when I am 20 weeks.
I could not ask for a better IVF fertility clinic.

I have PCOS and used Kind IVF at London Women's Clinic in Bromley from March 2024 - December 2024. They were incredible, they talked us through the whole process explaining every stage in detail, no questions was too stupid. They had counselling groups/sessions that they ran to support you through the process. In general the entire clinic were very supportive and caring, constantly checking in with us too.
We were lucky enough to be successful on our first try and even when we took our baby boy back to the clinic they were all so happy and excited to meet him, showing how proud they are of their own work.
This is one of the hardest challenges of your life but they made it so much easier, will 100% use them again.
