They tell you one price in the beginning then once you complete they double billed me and there is charges for higher amounts. You have to start at lower dosage!! No can do. Not a good experience. Its AI service

We haven't been able to verify the billing issue described here, but we'd be happy to investigate if you contact us at support@collective.org with the information associated with your account.
We also want to clarify a couple of things for anyone considering Collective. Our medication pricing does not increase at higher doses, and patients switching from another GLP-1 do not necessarily need to restart at the lowest dose. Your prescribing clinician reviews your treatment history and determines the appropriate starting dose based on your individual circumstances.
Unique Concept, so far so good
Unique concept, similar to how Costco makes most of their money off of membership versus what they sell.
They offer monthly plus the cost of membership. $59/$69 semaglutide / tirzepatide. Initial trial, after the trial, $199/year.
The customer service, packaging, and product are great so far. The tirzepatide is from Wells Pharmacy.
The packaging is all recyclable, which is a nice change from the styrofoam you normally get from telemeds, and even with that, the medicine arrived cold.
The downsides are that you don't have control of what pharmacy you choose, and that this is a new company, so it has an unknown track record.
Happy so far even with the unknowns.

Take A Chance - You Might Be Pleasantly Surprised!…
My husband and I decided to try a brand new Telehealth. We knew we were taking a chance, but the price was just too good to pass up. We are pretty old school and always believed "That if it's too good to be true, well......". I can happily report that we were wrong! Collective Health is 100 percent top notch for everything from product, pricing, shipping and most importantly Customer Service and the Care Team. They are quick to answer questions and address any concerns we had! I highly recommend you check them, you won't be sorry!

I’ve used several telehealths over the years. Was excited to see a new affordable option to access Tirzepatide. Had a great interaction with Collective. They answered any and all questions. The dr provided a lot of great information. I am very happy with my experience and look forward to continue using them in the future.
