I waited over a month for my order only to receive a PACKET OF ROCKS. Yes, literally rocks in a bag. This company is a complete scam and a disgrace. They use a fake tracking company, take your money, and send worthless junk.

Their website has already been taken down because they’ve scammed THOUSANDS of people in the same way. I’ve reported them to the BBB, my bank for a chargeback, and the relevant fraud authorities. I’m also working with a solicitor — this is large-scale criminal fraud, not a simple mistake.

They steal your money, lie about shipping, and then vanish. Absolutely disgusting. If you’ve been scammed too, report them immediately so this so-called “business” can’t keep stealing from people.

Avoid them at all costs. Fraudsters, thieves, and criminals.

Nu har dom skickat mejl för att dom vill ha betalt, men hur ska jag kunna betala något jag ej fått?!

Bestellt Ende Juli 25, Stornierung am nächsten Tag war nicht möglich, da es sich angeblich um ein vollautomtisches Bestellsystem handelt. Kein Impressum auf der Webseite. Mehrfach diesen Verkäufer kontaktiert und keine konkrete Antwort erhalten wo der Artikel überhaupt herkommt. Es wurde geschrieben, dass das europäische Lager leer ist, was den Verkäufer selbst verwundert und man auf das internationale Lager ausweicht. Wo dies ist wurde auf Nachfrage auch nicht genannt. Es gabe dann irgendwann eine chinesische Tracking Nummer, die natürlich nicht funktioniert hat. Weiter Kontakt deswegen mit dem VK - sie würden ihr Trackingsystem warten und deswegen gibts Probleme! DHL Tracking hat nichts mit deren System zu tun. Da ich über Klarna Rechnungsabwicklung bestellt habe, wurde Klarna gleich informiert. Ausser einen 21 Tage Zahlungsstop konnte aber nichts geholfen werden von Klarna. Seither bekomme ich auch von Klarna Empfehlungen die keinem helfen (Kontaktiere den VK etc.). Dann kam dieser Labubu hier an und es ist ganz offensichtlich eine Fälschung. QR Code scannen, man landet nicht bei PopMArt sondern bei irgendeiner chinesischen leeren Webseite, die Figur ist nicht sauber genäht. Trollig mag dieses Lafufu sein, aber es ist und bleibt ein Fake. Klarna wieder informiert, und wieder gab es eine Empfehlung den VK wegen der Fälschung zu kontaktieren, der könnte sicherlich helfen auch in Punkto Rücksendung. Einen Rücksendeschein gab es nämlich auch nicht dabei. 39 Euro auf denen man sitzen bleibt. Leider muss man hier einen Stern geben, sonst geht diese Bewertung nicht. Ich rate dringend davon ab bei diesem Händler zu bestellen und hoffe das dem bald das Handwerk gelegt wird. Klarna ist hier auch keine Hilfe, sondern bietet Ratschläge die nutzlos sind und auf die jeder der bei dieser Firma bestellt hat, selbst kommt.

Die Original laBubu sollten aus Deutschland geliefert werden. Nach Tagen hab ich eine E-Mail bekommen, dass es einen Engpass gegeben hätte und dass der Versand aus China kommen würde. Ich habe geschrieben, dass ich gerne Original hätte und das Geld zurück erstattet haben will. Daraufhin wurde mir dann eine Sendungsnummer mitgeteilt.
Ich hab jetzt eine komische Geschichte erzählt bekommen, weshalb die Verpackungen nicht original sind. Ich werde jetzt mein Geld zurückfordern sei es über die Firma oder über visaü

Det skulle ta 5-7 dagar att får varan men plötsligt tog alla slut på deras svenska lager så dom skickades från deras internationella laget (läs Kina). Här började jag ana att det inte var några äkta Labubu.
Det tog över 1 månad och när dom kom så var det så falska Labubu som det kunde bli.
Huvudet snurrar som aldrig förr o samma med fötter och händer. Qr-koden som ska gå o scannas, där kommer man ingenstans.
Har mailat dom att jag ej kommer betala något för enligt konsumentköplagen har jag rätt att få tillbaka pengarna om någon gjort reklam för att det är äkta varor men sen visar sig var falska. Ska bli intressant om dom ens svarar på detta mailet. När jag går in och ska hitta hemsidan så hittar jag ej den. Nån annan som kommer fram på den?

I wish I could give zero stars, but i can’t. They claim their products are 100% authentic and ship from my home country. Instead it shipped from China and was 100% fake!!! I spent €40 on a fake Labubu. Sent an email and they just replied that “they said shipping could take longer” and didn’t reply to my comment that the Labubu was a fake and that I wanted my money back, since they claim everything they sell is 100% authentic. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!

Ich hatte auch zwei Labubus bestellt. Als ich die Trackingnumner erhielt, kam mir das komisch vor und ich meldete das Problem Klarna. Irgendwann kam über DHL eine Paketankündigung. Shipper only, not seller. Durch meine Annahme Verweigerung ging die Ware wieder an den Absender. Klarna hat meine Retoure so akzeptiert und ich habe kein Geld dafür bezahlt.
Zum Glück. Also Achtung,,,auf Impressum vorher achten und auch gucken ob es von dem jeweiligen Shop eine Bewertung gibt.

Complete bullshit. I ordered a Labubu from these people and not only did it take OVER A MONTH to arrive, but I "confirmed" with customer service that the product is 100% authentic and they LIED. I spent $65.00CAD on a fake a** $3.00 toy. They're fraudulent liars that should be banned from selling anything online. I was also told that the package was shipping from the UK and when it arrived it said from China. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

if i could give this website 0 stars, i would. i ordered a labubu 25 days ago and it did not arrive. i emailed the company several times asking for an estimated time arrival of the labubu.which whilst i was ordering said it would be “1-2 days delivery” but it has been weeks. the company emailed me back to say that it’s on its way and they gave a 14 digit tracking number. i searched this code onto evri and it didn’t exist. evri only uses 16 digit tracking numbers so they had supplied me with a fake tracking number. we paid £35 for a labubu which wasn’t even real. i emailed the company again asking for a refund which they ignored and did not respond to. please save your time and your money and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I wish i knew about trustpilot before I ordered. Collectory sells FAKE labubus. The packaging is fake. No valid QR holographic sticker. The opening mechanism of the box is completely different from legit popmart boxes. I wrote them saying their goods are counterfeit and they denied it. I sent them photos. They ignored me. DO NOT BUY from this website. The positive reviews here are also FAKE or these poor people don’t know any better.

Vi fick äkta labubus. Ett erbjudande på att om vi köpte 3 stycken labubus fick vi det billigare!
