Five years ago I offered a 5 star review regarding my experiences with College and County and nothing has changed that opinion.
They are just very good at what they do, especially the all important element of communication.
C and C go more than the extra mile to stay in touch and see minor problems through to a good conclusion with courtesy and care.
As far as I am concerned that should be their slogan!
It has remained the case for the 20 years during which I’ve been with this remarkable agency. Communication, Courtesy and Care.

I am just moving into my new home and the whole process with this agency was very smooth and professional. The team always helped me promptly when I had a question to ask, there were no silent waiting or delays. I could not wish for anything better.

She has been an absolute gem in this whole process.She knew the property, liaised with the owner regarding some questions we had and has made the whole process seamless from start to finish. As a potential tenant they have been unprofessional during negotiation and not at all interested in providing a good housing experience, just to get a contract signed for the landlord at their only conditions. For the experience had, I wouldn't want my family to live in a property managed by them.

I rented my property out through College and County for 7 years and overall, had a a very good service. There were hiccups, which is only to be expected with rentals, but they were always dealt with in a professional manner. They offer a very personal service with reasonable fees and the management are quick to step in when needed. I would highly recommend them.

We have been letting a property managed by College and County for the last 2 years. The team is really good, everyone always super helpful and polite. We had a few smaller issues and maintenances requests to our property that were handled promptly, no questions asked. Problems solved in no time. I highly recommend them.

I have had a great experience using College and County for our rental in Oxford. Our property manager Ewelina was helpful, attentive and prompt with communication and queries at all times. Our tenancy and check out was a seamless experience, with all terms actioned from the original lease agreement. I would use College and County in the future.

My name is Bernardo. I had applied for a tenancy in Oxford. Ed Taylor was my point of contact. I was told the application process would take 1-2 weeks. No move in date was confirmed. When the application was complete I was told the contract would start two days later, I explained I could not move in until a week later. They came back to me saying that was my problem, that I had a agreed that date (which I never did) and would have to pay a week of rent without moving in until the following date. They made it very clear that they would defend the landlord’s opinion and not mine as the customer, not taking my opinion or situation in consideration. That is even offering to pay 6 months in advance. Very poor communication and always siding with the landlord and not the customer. If that is how they are acting before I pay or sign anything imagine once I have signed the contract! Really would not recommend and ended up signing for another property with obviously another agency. Absolute waste of time!!!

My brother and I run a couple of rentals, one with College & County whose personal friendly service eclipses the other company tenfold. We have been so impressed with their efficient personal service that we just wanted to shout about it.

My mother and I were desperately looking for a property at the height of student move-in season (October), and found that the Oxford market was very competitive. This meant that most agencies were terrible at returning calls, keeping up communication, and were generally quite rude at time. College & County helped us find a new home and kept us up-to-date of the process throughout. They were sensitive to our needs and were understanding when some paperwork took longer no our side. 4 and not 5 stars, as the maintenance team has at time been slow to respond.

Charmian in particular is fab! She's been really patient, helpful and friendly throughout the process. College and County have generally been great so far. Thanks Charmian!
