The customer service representative, who if I recall correctly was Jessica Bailey was so nice and informative. She expedited the policies and sent me copies within 10 minutes. I wish all customer representatives that I spoke to over the past few decades were like Jessica.

The online application failed me for…
The online application failed me for days while attempting to renew bond.,called multiple times only to find out payment can’t be taken over the phone. Bond expired and was forced to go through the entire process again. Very annoying and frustrating. Time is our treasure and that process is no bueno! Still a client though. Bonus for us. Maybe.
