I expected the jersey to be high…
I expected the jersey to be high quality from the price and how they talked about it but it’s super super thin nylon. I thought it would be the same quality and thickness I would get from a jersey I could get from nike or adidas but sadly it feels like it won’t make it 10 washes

The jersey is intentionally designed using a lightweight performance nylon, more in line with modern lifestyle and summer wear rather than a traditional heavy jersey. I recently had an issue with an order from Common Lines and I couldn’t be more impressed with how it was handled. From the moment I reached out to their customer service team, they were responsive, understanding, and genuinely eager to help.
Joanna was the team member that helped myself out throughout this process.
My problem was resolved incredibly quickly—much faster than I expected—and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Joanna kept me updated throughout and made sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome.
It’s rare to come across a company that combines great products with such outstanding customer service. Joanna’s professionalism and efficiency really stood out, and it’s clear that Common Lines truly value their customers.

Feels great, unfortunately oversized
Feels amazing has nice intricate details.
Only problem is the size, i ordered the small hoping it would fit nicely but it feels like a large fit. Don't want to return it as it is lovely.
If you're a smaller person such as myself (5.2") only buy if you're okay with oversized tops

Nice customer service, bad service
The mail never even reached me. I did not feel like there was direct support, it was either do it yourself or it may eventually move. And no, it was being prepared for delivery like 3 times, and then just got stuck and nothing ever happened.

Delivery was on time and the package arrived in a beautiful box. The jewelry is delicate and very well designed! My only complaint is that the necklaces are so thin that if you wear two pieces at night, they get tangled up in an impossible knot!

Superb Customer Service
I recently bought a ring for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately due to delayed post at that time of year by the time the ring came to me, my son had left to return to London. The ring was too small when he got the chance to try it on so we needed a bigger size. Although we were outside the return period, Commonlines agreed to refund us the cost of the ring and allow us to order a bigger size. Fantastic customer service!
