Whole process so far has been incredibly smooth, as a first time buyer it’s been excellent customer service, both with viewings at the property and with over the phone and email communication, so far has been a lovely experience!

They kept us updated via email and telephone every couple of days and never gave up. Buying our first home in Cranbrook we had the pleasure of meeting Tia in our initial viewings, who was absolutely fabulous in getting to know us and our needs for our first home. Me and my fiance are first time buyers, and had Wendy from Complete show us around a property we were interested in. Wendy was incredibly informative, friendly and professional showing us around, and her communication afterwards was spot on. We decided against the property in the end, but would highly recommend the service provided.

Of all the letting agents that I’ve used I would say Complete are the most professional and proactive in the area.
It has been so useful to have a team guide me through the issues of the Renters Rights bill. The seminars both face to face and online have been invaluable.
