Absolutely fabulous only used for one month and we conceived. I am due the end of January would highly recommend to couples trying for a family. Easy to use, fast delivery and trust worthy company.

I ordered mine 21st june and up to date they haven't shipped it. I message them last week and they told me everything is set to be shipped as soon as possible but still they havent shipped. They lie to customers. The worse website ever. Now I will contact my bank to ask for refund.. I wont recommend them.

We do not lie, during this pandemic delays happen that are outside our control and affect our usually high service levels. You were informed before ordering and we see your behaviour from the communication with our customer support team and your other reviews.
Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Huge delays in the order which they do not make obvious (until you ask where the product is after one month of no updates and then they use it as there blanket excuse). No apologies at all, absolutely no effort to provide any kind of normal customer service by offering to change my delivery address (I am moving house and don't think it will arrive in time). All up to me now to sort!! Think they need to work on their relationship with the shipping company/warehouse so they can help their customers a bit better.

A very obvious BOLD notice on the product listing, shopping cart, and on your order receipt advised you that the item had a shipping delay of 10-14 days. We shipped your order to you within 12 days.
After orders have shipped we cannot change the delivery address. We understand your frustrations but we all need to be realistic with what is actually possible.

Got pregnant after time use!
I bought the lubrication and vitamins for myself and my husband. After a year of TTC we fell pregnant the first month using the lube taking the vitamins. The vitamins are meant to help aid ovulation and after taking them for a few weeks i got my strongest peak ovulation results! Very happy!

the order came very late
the order came very late, the website says it would be shipped in 2-3 business days and but it was only delivered almost 3 weeks later, i contacted the customer service and in the first contact i was told that soon the order would be delivered and to review the delivery policies, in the second contact it was said that there would be a delay because the product in question had a lot of adhesion, now I ask why on the website that the order is sent in two business days and in fact it is not !? why is the customer not informed about the product delays he ordered !? I just ask you to inform your customers of the reality, do not wait for the customer to question for things that take time from both you and the customer..

During the lockdown demand for our products was significant and there were delays as a result of restrictions on deliveries. We ship orders using a 1-3 day service, that’s clear on our website. Items that processed slower had a bold notice advising expected ship date. We are sorry that you misunderstood or ignored the notices provided.
good service overall.
Although I received my items later than expected due to high volumes of customers purchasing the same items, the service was smooth and arrived quickly once leaving the warehouse.
Both myself and my partner has noticed changes since starting the tablets 4/5 days in, so hoping it will carry on and I will hopefully fall pregnant soon :)
