We contacted you for more information about the issues and you did not respond. We do not issue refunds for removal of reviews or false accusations.

Your order was prepared pending collection as per your numerous requests and could no longer be cancelled when you changed your mind at that late stage.
Prompt and it works!
Order arrived quickly, instructions clear and easy to use. And it must work as only used it twice and got a positive result 3 weeks later!

It can take up to one year to conceive even when there are no issues, so don’t give up if it doesn’t happen immediately after one month. We suggest to take for at least 3 months before planning to conceive. Constipation is not something directly associated with any of our products, but eating more fibre and drinking plenty of water can help... it is important to maintain a healthy diet when trying to conceive.

**** UPDATE... Please note that their response is further lies and I have not once been rude to their staff or threatened them. I have told them that I will post my poor service on my social media accounts so my friends aren’t ever subject to this terrible service. I am not ‘that‘ person, I never moan or leave bad reviews unless I have truly been treated badly. They have now emailed me, THREATENING ME of the following, all because I left a bad review:
‘Be aware that we take threats against us very seriously and our legal department will receive your file in case they need to respond further after this email’ ****
My fertility treatment has stopped due to Covid 19, so I turned to this product. I ordered it over a month ago (paying for a two day delivery) and it is STILL not here! I have looked for other tablets to help which came straight away and asked for a refund. I contacted the company and they COMPLETELY IGNORE my request for a refund repeatedly and just keep responding with ‘Thank you for your patience, it will be delivered soon’ I PAID FOR TWO DAY DELIVERY!! They have essentially stolen £30 from me and are ignoring my request for refund. The excuse of Covid making shipping hard is rubbish. If that is the case they can amend their website to say product not available instead of lying that it is. There was NO notice in bold on their website saying a delay and I have a screenshot of their confirmation of order email where there is no statement of any delay either. They are playing with peoples emotions in an already difficult time and it’s disgraceful.

After processing, orders are shipped using a reliable 48 hour (2-Day) delivery service, for just £2.99. All of our policies are available on our website and in detail on our shipping policy page.
You have posted multiple reviews, have been consistently rude to our employees, threatened defamation and slander about us on social media and Amazon. Be advised that this behaviour is completely unacceptable and we have sent you an email confirming the above details, providing you with a copy of your order receipt and advising that we do not tolerate threats or defamation.

Still not received my order from when I ordered it on the 10th June. It is now the 8th July. Still no tablets. No communication what so ever. I have asked for a refund to be told I cant have one. Which I'm sure is illegal.

Was quite upsettingly dissapointed
Haven't noticed a difference and was really disappointed when they said it boosts ovulation. But since purchasing these tablets there are new ones that focus on ovulation alone. I dont think i will be reordering as much as i want to try the ovulation tablets i feel like im wasting a lot of money on it. This was my last hope to get pregnant
