Connect to law were extrememly helpful and kept in touch through out the sale of our first home. Mustafa our solicitor was courtious and kept us in the loop with any information we needed during the process. He even met with me when i was droppping some documents to their office in Richmond and answered some questions i had. As first time buyers we needed our hands held through out the process and the staff at connect2law were patient and informative. We would be happy to use them again in the future.

We used Connect2Law for our conveyancing needs. As first time buyers, we were completely clueless but Connect2Law were fantastic. They explained the whole process, and there was always someone I could speak to. Most e-mails were replied to promptly, and though I was a nervous wreck by the time exchanging came around, and emailing them umpteen times a day, they were so patient and really went out of their way to get completion done on our desired date. We're so glad we used Connect2Law, everything went smoothly and we're now very happy in our new home!

Overall, good service with Connect2Law. Buying a property isn’t always easy but they were upfront about fees and generally got back to me to answer queries. And just to add , i had Mr. Raniwalla who acted on my behalf and he did a great job.

Poor service from solicitor Mustafa Raniwalla (Connect2Law) engaged to act on our behalf as buyers: 1. Frequently experienced delays with receiving clarifications & status updates on our enquiries (we had to escalate via support team due to no appointed alternative contacts - no acknowledgement and setting expectations on our requests); 2. Lack of clarifications & actions, multiple times we had to ask for the same information/ change ahead of the exchange date; 3. Missed to follow up with the vendor solicitors on enquiry raised on gas & electricity safe checks expected to be complete ahead of the exchange date. 4. Lack of professionalism, Mustafa's replies would often be written in a rush with multiple mistakes and addressed to me while the clarification was raised by my partner. Would not recommend applicable services.

Would recommend Connect2Law to anyone especially Laura for all your assistance,nothing was too much trouble always a cheerful voice on the phone and keeping us updated with the sale of my Mother in Laws apartment from start to finish. So thank you Laura for all your help.

I recently sold my late Aunties flat with the assistance from Laura Unite from Connet2Law. She was excellent in her duties in progressing the sale and was very professional and courteous in every way. I was certainly impressed with all the emails and phone calls keeping me up to date of what was going on.

Stephanie was very attentive and responded to questions within a very good SLA of usually same day or next day to us. We appreciate it was a tough process as the vendors were not well prepared and and she spotted that extra documentation (deed of variation) was needed from multiple freeholders. We used this company as conveyancing for buying our first property. We had numerous problems with them, which still aren't over 5 months since we completed the purchase.
1) They were very slow to send out documents
2) They repeatedly denied receiving documents we sent them, then later "found them"
3) They misplaced papers with our sensitive personal information on, on more than one occasion. These got filed in another client's file.
4) They initially did not provide any updates of progress unless we chased them, until we complained and got the contact details of someone else at the company.
5) 5 months after the completion of the property purchase, we still haven't received documentation from them relating to the registration of the property. Nobody is now replying at all to our requests for these. We get the feeling that now they have our money they are not minded to reply at all.

Great service and Laura was brilliant. Very accommodating and responsive throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Connect2Law provided a satisfactory service. However, they require constant chasing and they seem to lose interest in the case once the fee has been paid. The beginning of the process is especially frustrating as you are not assigned a case manager, however, towards the end it got better and our conveyancer completed the case in a reasonable time.

We recently used Connect2Law to sell my late mother's apartment, and would be happy to use them again. We had a problem when the first buyer delayed the sale, but Joe was approachable and helpful, and explained the way forward. Overall, everything was kept simple and proceeded in the manner you'd hope. Happy to recommend them.

Very efficient front end administration allows collation of important documents and gets you set up well for the next steps in the purchase. Staff always friendly, professional and helpful. I recently sold my Mother's flat with the help of Connect2Law, the last time I sold a property was over 30 years ago so I needed quite a bit of help and advice. Fortunately Laura Unite was able to guide me through the whole process with a minimum of fuss.

10/10!! We were appointed Laura from Connect2Law and she was fantastic! Approachable, efficient, helpful and friendly from start to finish. This was a stressful time for me as I had to sell my mums flat as she had gone into a residential care home. Emails and paperwork were sent through very quickly. On the odd occasion I needed to speak with Laura, she answered the phone (I wasn't sent through to voicemail or fobbed off with someone else and needing to leave a message). Really happy with the service provided and would definitely use again. Thank you Laura for making a stressful time that much easier to deal with.

Efficient and diligent
Our property sale was managed by Steph Hodgson and (despite the other side being extremely incompetent) the process was managed very efficiently. The level of communication throughout the process ensured we knew exactly where we were, even when the other side's solicitor didn't even seem to know who in their firm was running the case (the contact on there side changed at least twice!).
