I finally received my product in the mail. Didn't bother with the customer service since I thought it was going to be a waste of time after reading the reviews here. The sweatshirt I ordered is actually quite nice. Quality seems decent and stitching is pretty good. Only negative I have is that the time it took to arrive was around 2 and a half months which I find ridiculous. I'd only order from them if you don't mind waiting a while

I really like the items that I bought.
The clothes have good quality and look like the pictures on the online shop.
Because of the pandemic the shipping took a bit longer than expected.
But the service team replied very quickly to questions and concerns.

Absolute garbage. Bought a few things and have been waiting for a month and a half with still no shipping confirmation email or with any idea if the items ordered will arrive. SCAM!

Harsh and cruel has the worst customer service of any company that I have ordered items from in the past. I placed an order on September 25th and it is now October 8th, and I have yet to receive any indication that my order is moving along despite paying extra for express shipping. I have requested a refund from them twice and everyone I do I receive the same auto-generated message that they are experiencing “delays and inconveniences” and that my order should ship soon. They have been dodging my request for a refund more almost a week and a half now. Absolutely ridiculous customer service, they’re items look great and are very fashionable but if you value your time and money, do not order from harsh and cruel. They are borderline fraudulent in the way that they have dealt with my order.

It took a while to arrive, but the merchandise is great and the customer service excellentT

you can get what these people sell at much cheaper from elsewhere like alixpress which is probably where they buy from anyway

Ordered a $60 product 10 days ago and it hasn't shipped yet (usual processing time is 2-6 business days), but due to the pandemic logistics & service are slow. Customer support replied within 24 hours of enquiry to clarify the matter.

I ordered a shirt from HARSH AND CRUEL. 2 MONTHS AGO. 5/03/2020 as a gift for my boyfriend. I was extremely understanding considering the pandemic situation, however I constantly got the same bullsh*t response "we found a logistics issue" and that was the same response given over a 2 month period. Then on June 23rd, i got notification that the item shipped. However, i've been checking the new tracking number and NOTHING APPEARS. I emailed them today asking for a refund. I love their clothing, but this has been too much. And to pay $70 (USD) for a shirt was ridiculous on my end. But I know my boyfriend really liked the shirt. Definitely do not recommend this store.

Ordered twice and even this time i got everything i ordered. Customer service is responsive and even if shipping took some time i really like their stuff.

Not worth it at all. If you search "EMPTY REFERENCE" or "HARSH AND CRUEL" or the other brand names on Taobao (use Google Translate) you'll see pretty much all their stuff on there. The rest of their stuff can be found on Aliexpress. They dropship from China which explains why it takes ages to arrive and the lack of customer service after your purchase. Disappointing.

Took a while longer to get here due to the virus but everything came was good quality and it was very easy to reach out to them to see what was happening with my order

I ordered a down jacket and a sweater, everything came, and I am very happy with my purchase, things are very high-quality, very cool support, they quickly answer questions. recommend

The clothes were of the finest quality and the customer service was helpful and kind. Took a couple of days more to arrive but it's understandable since I ordered during the Christmas holidays

Not a good experience. I've been waiting for 2 months and still have not received my order. Seems like this site is a scam.

Had to return an item that was too big for me, i sent it back to the warehouse in italy and asked for a refund as i didn't want to wait for an exchange.
Got my money back almost as soon as they received the item.
I ordered it again a couple weeks later and just received it today, quality is definitely worth the price!

I purchased some items on copping zone a couple times.
I purchased some blind no plan and harsh and cruel’s stuff.
I loved what I received, really high quality brands,even if I had to wait a little bit more of what I expected (that’s why I rated it with 4 stars).
I contacted the customer service and they answered all my questions exhaustively.

I had a bad experience with Copping Zone!!! Two months ago I've ordered 2 items online at CZ. It took almost a month before I received my order. Unfortunately my order was not what I was expected, so I send it back. However, I returned the items back without a tracking code unfortunately. I contacted Post.nl several times to find out how long it takes to send a package back to Rome because I've send it back to the warehouse there. They told me it will take 6-12 workdays. After 3 weeks I contacted CZ if they receive my order. They told me that they don't receive my order yet and ask me for my tracking code. I’ve told them I don’t have a tracking code and that I told them I send it back without a tracking code unfortunately. So they told me they are unable to check if my order has arrived yet. After two weeks I contacted them again if they received it already but the still keep saying they don’t. I called post.nl again about this situation and they told me that they also unable to see where my order has been now and advise me to contacted CZ again. I did several times after almost 2 months they send me a message on Instagram that they going to give me a refund. I’m really disappointed about this situation because I cannot believe that after almost 2 months they didnt receive my order. I think this company is unreliable and the fact that the say that they didn’t receive my order after almost 2 months is unbelievable. It was a really stressful situation, so I want to warn other people who are ordering things at this company to watch out!
