Just recieved my pants today and wow they are so dope. Packaging is sick 2. Was skeptical because of the reviews but it seems like people are either hating or just dumb. Package took a few more days than expected but well worth the wait. Easily the freshest stuff right now, highly recommend checking these guys out. Also, the dude over DM is super cool and helpful. 9.5 out of 10

I recently made quite a Hefty purchase with these guys and i was very exited to receive my purchases. At this point its worth mentioning that on the website it says “5 - 9 day shipping”. Anyways... two weeks passes and i hear nothing so i reach out to them on Instagram and immediately i get a response explaining that there was a “small issue with the order and it has been dispatched” so im expecting to receive my order fairly soon. TWO MONTHS passes and i ask them what’s happening and they tell me it hasn’t even left the warehouse..... so i just request a refund and give up. Massively disappointed because i was rly looking forward to receiving these items! The only positive thing was the fast replys on instagram but apart from that nothing is good rly.

SCAM. Would rate ZERO stars if I could. Ordered from Harsh and Cruel over a month ago and still have not received. I waited a week after I ordered to reach out about an update. They emailed back 2 days later with a shipping link... for an order sent to Belgium in August 2020. Also it wasn’t even a standard shipping notification email (like the order confirmed email), it was just typed out. I already thought it was sketchy before even opening the link. When I replied back asking about the incorrect link they were SUPER vague saying they were having “some problems with the stock” and “it’s going to be processed very soon”. So now it’s been over 2 weeks and they hadn’t even PROCESSED the order to begin with? So then what even was the first link they sent? A straight up lie obviously. I replied again asking for clarification on what “problems with the stock” meant and that this whole thing was super unprofessional and that I just want a refund at this point. 3 days later on April 2 I get a reply, completely ignoring my refund request, with another shipping link. AND OF COURSE, not a single update on there aside from “shipment information received” on April 2. I literally don’t understand how ANYONE has left positive feedback on their customer service. My experience has been nothing but unprofessional. It’s a shame because the designs are really cool. I have no idea what the quality will be like though, since I still have not received my order. But I highly doubt it’s worth the steep prices and the absolute JOKE that is “priority shipping 5-9 days.” I honestly feel dumb for ordering from them without researching more about the company first.

shady stuff going on over there, after all it’s a dropship company. got my clothes a year ago, clothes were too small so i sent it back. haven’t got my money back :D contacted them through email and they just stopped replying, subhuman dogs :D

Shipping takes forever. Almost a month has gone by.

I ordered a pair of pants, which took over a month to arrive, and when they arrived there were a hole in them. I mailed them and they said they would look into it. It has now been 2 weeks and they haven’t replied me.

So the shipping took 4 months, it said on the website it only took 1-2 weeks. But at least I got the pants I said. One week later and they were broken as hell. I rather shop from wish then this and it’s also faster lol

Ich hab mir eine Hose in Größe L gekauft, wäre mir eigentlich sogar zu groß aber ich war mir nicht sicher wie sie ausfällt weil ich nicht so oft jeans trage. Die L passt wie eine S und ich kriege nachdem ich dem Support geschrieben habe nichtmal mein Geld zurück bzw kann sie nichtmal umtauschen. Habe mir alles angeschaut, sie ist von einer anderen Firma produziert, in Massen aufgekauft und das Tag von Coppingzone wurde einfach hinten eingenäht.. Scam!!!

The L fits like an S and after writing to support I don't even get my money back or can not even exchange it. I looked at everything, it is produced by another company, bought up en masse and the Coppingzone tag was simply sewn into the back .. Scam !!!

I’m a size S (6/8) WOMENS. I bought size men S trousers. AND THEY DIDNT FIT. paid 90GBP for extremely low quality, poor fitting trousers that took over 2 months to arrive.

The product is good quality, but i took about a month too arive.

This place likes to take your money, but when need to return something, they don't want to know you. Very poor service

Terrible customer service, payed for express shipping got a shipping notification 2 months later, delete comments on instagram to preserve their brand, delete reviews on their site, item itself was butchered, spacing on the words completely different from the ad, please stay away from H&C

I would say i was lucky reading all these reviews. But I ordered a puffer jacket and bought express delivery 5-9 days it took 21 days to deliver. So I don’t know if you should buy the express delivery but I wasn’t all that expensive so give it a try it would probably make the delivery go faster. I was satisfied with my purchase, obviously you should be careful buying from these small brands. They don’t have much structure in their company so they can be hard to reach. Their prices are a bit high for the pretty medium-bad quality. Obviously it isn’t super good but I can be worth the price if you want something different.

Don't shop here no matter what. First of all, all their clothes can be purchased from Taobao or Ali Express for a fraction of the price. Second, this is an incredibly illegitimate company. If you read the other reviews, it is clear how unreliable they are with shipping and communication. They will attempt to steal your money, like they did with me.
I tried to return a sweater (that took a ridiculous amount of time to get here) because the sizing was completely wrong because the sizes they provided on their website for the models were wrong. After I sent it back and they RECEIVED THE ITEM they did not refund me for almost a month after receiving it. I kept asking about updates to my refund and they just asked questions in circles about my order when all the information was already presented. Ridiculous. I had to threaten to take legal action in order to get a refund. Avoid these scammers if you value your time and money.

So I’ve ordered jeans on Cyber Monday (30th November). Today is 18 January and I haven’t received any messages about my order being shipped. Wrote a couple of times to their support via email and Instagram. It’s impossible to reach them via email, and they read dm’s in Instagram only when you commenting their posts. Support promised to cancel my order on Monday, cause there are problems with delivering to Ukraine due to COVID (also they could mention this on checkout) and give me updates, but today is Thursday and they stop answering me, just reading dm’s and that’s all. Stole 60 bucks from me, and now I think of getting in touch with my bank to return money as an only option left

have bought 3 pairs of pants from the website. have been waiting a little over a month now. they wrote that would go about (6-9) days. and do not expect them to come right within the next month either.

Paid $10 for expedited shipping on an item (5-9 days). Been waiting well past 9 days and the item hasn't even shipped. I purchased it as a birthday present and it won't come on time as a result. Also customer service is god awful. Don't buy from coppingzone under any circumstances
