I have no issues with the items I purchased, in fact I found them excellent. But unfortunately I waited two weeks for the items, when I telephoned they had no idea and were sent out straight away.

Always a treat to receive well wrapped and protected items from the other side of the world!

Love the Cornishware company and their fabulous pottery. I have been a long standing fan of the traditional blue stripe service and couldn't imagine eating my dinner from anything else 🩵🤍🩵🤍🩵

LOVE Cornishware , have often bought seconds & rather love the imperfection of a dent or dimple but in this instance the dish had unsightly black marks which ruined it for me
It’s currently lurking at the back of a cupboard while I work out how to hide the blobs !

The pottery is beautiful, simple design but stunning. One item was damaged but customer service made it right

What a great piece of Cornishware.
Although it's a Second piece it's really hard to tell why it is so, I think I found a couple of tiny issues but it doesn't detract from the item at all.
It's actually bigger than I thought too but all in all I LOVE it.

As always fantastic service. Even though their seconds a blind man would love to see them.(probably shouldn't say that but it is an old saying)
Wish could be said about the delivery people, he lobbed it over my back gate four foot into my garden, even thought it clearly states ""FRAGILE" on the box.I was away at the time normally parcels are left with a neighbour. On my g98ate it clearly states the gate is locked because of dog and to go round the other side to the front door. Please check your delivery company. It was a good job it was so well packed.

I bought some ‘seconds’ mugs. One arrived cracked. I contacted them and sent pix at their request. They didn’t quibble, they sent me a replacement and we’re very kind in their communications. Anyone can make an error, but they did really well in making it good. Well done.

Had to contact them after a delay but received super speedy resolution to my problem and fantastic customer service.
