First of all, unbeatable great deals, fast delivery and communication to the client is excellent. I received my YSL Lou Camera Bag with the certificate of authenticity and verified it on the third party website. It is my first time purchasing from Cosette and I am a very happy customer.

Trying to get a refund for a YSL bag that wasn’t shipped. I asked for more photos prior to shipping and one photo had a very noticeable scratch on the inside flap. This fault was not listed on the website advertising the bag. I requested a refund as I wanted a new bag in perfect condition. After a number of emails/phone messages and writing this review I received notification for my refund and the money arrived a couple of days later. I appreciated that but was disappointed I had to chase quite a few times. Given these are luxury brands Cosette are selling any fault should be clearly stated on the website.

Have been sold a counterfeit Prada bag! Firstly I was sent the incorrect bag and then on receiving the correct order a fake has been received with a fake real authentication certificate. I have paid $40USD to have authenticated and has come back as a counterfeit. Shame on you for selling counterfeits as AUTHENTIC . I’m continuing to read the same issue and your response is ‘we take it seriously and only sell authentic’ . Unbelievable, lies and terrible customer service. I expect a full refund and reimbursement of having it authenticated.

Just one little improvement is the wrapping of the handbag I ordered the Balenciaga hourglass in small. The leather strap was not in any wrapping and the top handle is not structured properly due to lack of protection it appears to be wonky and tilting to the right.

I have the xs hourglass from the balenciaga boutique store and the top handle was more structured and centred when I purchased that one, it had the wrapping on the handle and also on the straps and the B logo had wrapping also which this one lacked.

I purchased ysl hobo bag with coserte and when I decided to sell it with a trusted resaler it turned out to be fake! I didn’t believe it first . So I sold it to another resale company a guess what?! The same answer! The bag is fake. I emailed cosette and filed a claim with my credit card company. Let’s see how cosette is going to handle this! I have another Dior bag from them, I will have to get that one authenticated in the near future. Very upset and angry!!

I was nervous about buying from Cosette had wasn't sure if I was getting an authentic product. I asked for a certificate of authenticity but didn't receive one, so and to do this independently, which they have said will cover the cost of $30USD. Would rate higher if the authenticity certificate was just sent with the bag and you didn't have to ask for one.
