Excellent customer service & high quality product. I ordered during lockdown well in advance for a July birthday gift. Recipient is absolutely delighted with the apron: its’ quality, finish & the personal touch by the addition of his initials make it extra special.

Great bag, great quality!

An excellent product, looks better in real life than in pictures. One can tell that a lot of care has been put into the design and craftsmanship. High quality finish, stylish and with plenty of space for my needs. Not too heavy either and feels comfortable for my needs.
Quick delivery and great service from Cotswold Hipster.

Love it - great quality and a brilliant look

Great quality of service and product, it looks robust enough to last a lifetime otherwise I would buy another one !

Excellent product, very high quality , arrived quickly

From the very first question I asked to delivery of my olive Churchill backpack the customer service and communication has been excellent. Emails responded to within minutes, calls answered or returned immediately, and delivery was within 48 hours of purchase. Outstanding service. As for the bag.. I love it. Good quality, hard wearing and looks great.. a little darker in colour than I imagined it would be, but not disappointed at all.
Totally satisfied customer who would purchase from (and recommend) these guys without hesitation.

Absolutely love the bag! It came so quickly too, perfect present for my partners 21st.
