Very good customer service
I ordered a pendant light fitting from the Cotterell website, however before I did that I had some communication with the team online and they were really helpful letting me know which items were in stock. Sadly, the fitting I ordered is unsuitable and I have had to return it - however, easy return straight to the Edinburgh store with help from the very nice staff there, as well as the Newcastle office. Next time, I'll go into the shop to make sure I get a piece that is right for my space! There really is a fantastic selection of light fittings and accessories at Cotterell - great place to shop, and suits all budgets.

Harvey Hare lamp looks absolutely stunning, I found several cheaper alternatives online but this one looked to be a better quality and it doesn’t disappoint.
