Ordered on line picked up Edinburgh shop and was treated with no interest and by a woman who was incredibly rude and was blatantly insulting I had four large boxes no offer to help put them in car, they are very expensive won’t use again, due to poor customer service

Very pleased with products supplied
Very pleased with products supplied, my only criticism is that its not made very clear that they are made in China. I am actively trying to avoid Chinese goods where possible.

Turned up 2 days after ordered and I love, love, love it! Looks every part of the price and then some. We looked at cheaper copies of it but no comparison so bit the bullet. No regrets!!! Best choice of lights around

Hello there,
It makes our day finding out that you love this item and we are even happier after you have left a five star review, we appreciate you taking the time to do so and we look very forward to hopefully serving you again.
Ben,

Product as expected. Good delivery. Poor packaging
I bought a glass top side table.
The item arrived in good condition and as expected.
However, the glass table had a "how to care for" sticker directly on the glass. The sticker was so well adhered to the glass that it requires soapy water to remove the sticker and glue (which violated the how to care for instruction of dry dust only stated on the sticker). I think that sticker should have only been stuck on the external packaging as being stuck on the glass surface risked damaging the glass.
Aside from that the take arrived when expected and was as I expected.

Hello there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback.
Regrettably, stickers like that regulatory compliance mark are mandatory as part of British standards institute rules for products to meet industry standards and customer usability.
Unfortunately those stickers are attached with permanent acrylic adhesive, hence the difficulty with removing them.
I wouldn't worry about the soapy water violating the care instructions however - the glass will be fine, the dry duster guide is for the table structure itself, as soap/bleach based sprays could damage its lacquer.
We quite agree that the sticker would be much better elsewhere, it just isn't something we ourselves can change.
We are sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused.
Kind regards,
Nathan,
