Ordered rings in may it's now july....no rings..they say lost my order...no tracking system...SCAM..

I made a order over two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything about my order. Plus I've sent 2 emails to customer service and still no reply back

My order finally showed up 2 weeks ago to my nieces house and I haven't seen them yet
