I don't understand why all the bad reviews.
The rings for here in like 3 weeks, they're absolutely gorgeous, and they were barely 20 dollars each due to the free ones they sent.

We received our rings about a month after ordering. However, after only 4 days, the rings started to tarnish really bad.

They refuse to refund my money and cancel my order before they ship my order. If you read through their return rules they give you 30 days from the time of purchase to return the order yet it has been over 10 days and counting before they ship my order and then another 8 - 25 days to receive the order from time of shipment. This is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I ordered couples rings. They were very poor quality even for the low price. The "jewels" looked like the ones on rings you get out of the machine for a dollar. Plus, it took a month to receive them. Their jewelry does not look like the pictures on their website. Don't fall for the reviews on there either.

One star is because I had to give something. I ordered a set of rings and tshirts on Feb. 29th. The rings arrived and despite ordering the normal sizes we wear, the rings were too small. I was suggested to repurchase bigger rings at a discount or return, having to pay for shipping to China which is more than my total order. The website literally says that CouplesChoice pays for returns and will acknowledge if an item isn't eligible when looking at the item or at checkout. None of that occurred or else I never would've made the purchase. Paid returns are a must for me. On top of the fact that I still never received the t-shirts. No tracking updates or anything. I just simply want my money refunded. They can have everything back. I don't want any of it. But for sure, I will not be paying for it.

I ordered 2 sets of couples rings and first they took forever to get to me and they gave me the wrong tracking number then when I finally got it in the mail about 3 months later it was not real Sterling silver it felt like some real light weight rings out of the candy machine I would not recommend getting anything from this site

I didn’t even want to give them a one star. They ended up sending me these tiny little sweaters. On their website it says they will provide you with a return label. Instead, they tell you to mail your stuff to China address. I hate when a company falls asleep advertises, and does not come through with their word I will never buy from them again.

They are garbage quality and garbage customer service I would never recommend them to anyone ... Ordered a few things .. first off the sizes were bad and only half the order came and then afterwards they refused to acknowledge they didn't send the whole order... Wait months for garbage quality Chinese garbage don't buy

I ordered the King/Queen sweatshirt 1 1/2 months before Christmas with being told it would be received well before Christmas. I just now received my product on 1/3/24. Customer service is a joke as they don't care....PLUS when I received the order finally they sent the WRONG size! When I contacted them they wanted ME to pay for a new sweatshirt! This company is horrible!

It took over a month for me to get 2 hoodies that I ordered. I ordered green and black hoodies, 1 says king and the other queen. I got gray and black hoodies instead. I told them I got the wrong order but they keep telling me I got the right order but due to "screen resolution" I got gray and black. It's false advertisement. Do not order from them.

Did not realize that this jewelry would cause your fingers to turn black. This happened in less than a week. Very unhappy with the quality.

I ordered a set of couples shirts and mine was not spelled correctly. I emailed them and they replied that they would send me a replacement with it spelled correctly. Now they will not respond to my emails and I have not received the replacement.

I ordered 2 shirts and they took my money and a week later they are telling me I owe more money. I sent a copy of my invoice and order number (thankfully I screen shot it) and my payment from PayPal saying I paid the full amount. This place is a scam.
