Quick delivery over a weekend
It was a quick delivery! Ordered on a Friday, arrived Monday. My worn-out mask was barely lasting the night before springing a leak, so quick delivery was welcome.

My first Cpap machine and it’s so easy to use.
My Cpap machine arrived in a timely manner and I was kept up to date with the status of my delivery.
Love my device, it has greatly improved the quality of my sleep and it only took 3 nights to get used to it.

CPAP Direct supplied faulty product with only 75% refund.
CPAP Direct supplied a SmartMed iBreeze APAP machine which, as they acknowledged after purchase, was excessively noisy which made it unusable. They said they would accept a return but retain 25% of my money. That 75% has still not been received. CPAP Direct also sent a fake reply paid coupon which the Post Office would not accept as CPAP Direct had not paid for them.
