Can't see myself returning
While there is a good variety of beers available, the website is not very well laid out and navigating through the different styles is not user friendly.
Moreover your cart value prior to checkout does not reflect the true cost of your order as along with delivery it also does not calculate vat on delivery and deposit charge which is misleading.
Also I reached out to the customer service to cancel order prior to despatch, 2 days later I had no answer and my order was not despatched so I contacted customer service again.
I have yet to receive a reply after reaching out again.
I think there are better operators in the market.

Great selection and quick turnaround
Great selection on the website, and the staff are very helpful and quick to respond with any issues/queries.
Also even large orders get shipped quite quickly.

Ordering was easy and it was dispatched quickly. Only knocked a star off as they didny have a beer I ordered, but they did offer me a replacement or refund. Would recommend.

Bag of cans
Ordered a gift pack. Order process was easy. Delivery was super quick, either same or next day. But the beer was delivered as literally a bag of cans. Cans of beer in a paper bag. Not even a box or anything to signify a gift. Crazy. Other than that all was fine.
