AVOID!!! Terrible customer service, the actual building is of poor craftsmanship, experienced weeks of delay, people turning up at my home randomly unannounced and once they had my money I heard nothing else from them to rectify the problems they caused!

The story: my order was placed with Andrew on order number 342398. The reason why I bought a more expensive building (my total cost was £11,730) was a birthday present for my elderly father. Once I paid my deposit on the building I wanted, I was then told that I needed a special base at an additional cost….fine, I paid it. I then had people turn up to my home numerous times unannounced to measure up for the space and decide what they were going to do. They built the base - NOT STRAIGHT! Not only that, they built the base so high, that when the building was finally placed on top of it (after weeks of delay from their own scheduled date of installation) it was built far too high for my elderly father to get into! I told them about this and they said they’d have some steps made, but guess what, NO STEPS. Of course, they have my full payment, so despite trying to contact them numerous times, I have had no steps.

Finally, the door has no latch on the inside, so you can’t pull the door from the inside to close it! One gust of wind in the winter and the door will come off it’s poorly made hinges.

POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP for the price, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR VALUE.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Everything from start to finish was fantastic there wasn't any pushing for us to buy or to have this or have that so my wife and I are very happy with it all, now just can't wait for it to be delivered and put together ready to use

Another company issued me with a brochure and sent me away. At Crane a home visit was arranged to measure & evaluate the site. Andrew was very helpful with good communication throughout the process

We went to view Crane Garden Buildings at Hilliers Garden Centre in Hermitage, Newbury. The advice we received from Ty Beasley was first rate, there was never any hard sell, which we always find off-putting, he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the product. Ty went through all the options that were available and we went home with the promise of an email follow up. This duly arrived in the form of 2 quotes which had everything listed and priced individually and we decided on the size and options that we wanted and placed the order. I would highly recommend Ty to anyone who wants to talk about the Crane Garden Building products.

Good information, good quality and very efficient.

Richard at the St Albans Cranes site was a fabulous source of information and support throughout the process of deciding what we needed and where. He offered some great advice and recommendations using his experience. The unit hasn't been built or delivered yet but so far, a great experience.

Professional and helpful throughout the process. The shed was very high quality and well finished. The team putting it up were knowledgeable, efficient and personable.

Easy to order process, confirmation of order via a telephone call. Good communication to advise when building will be ready and arrange delivery date.
Arrived on time and was built by a lovely team of 2 who were respectful and polite. Shed is a good quality and looks great in the garden! Very positive experience of dealing with the company and the final product - would recommend!

Great service from start to finish. The sales team were very patient in helping me come up with the design and sizing. Communication on times and base requirements were excellent and the delivery/ assembly team was outstanding- polite, friendly and efficient. The completed shed looks exactly like the one in the website photos and has received many compliments. Very happy.

I love the enthusiasm that they both show for the product that they are selling. The sheds are amazing quality and you can appreciate why they cost more than cheaper varieties. Really easy to deal with and very thorough.
