Great Service and product
Easy to order process, confirmation of order via a telephone call. Good communication to advise when building will be ready and arrange delivery date.
Arrived on time and was built by a lovely team of 2 who were respectful and polite. Shed is a good quality and looks great in the garden! Very positive experience of dealing with the company and the final product - would recommend!

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. The sales team were very patient in helping me come up with the design and sizing. Communication on times and base requirements were excellent and the delivery/ assembly team was outstanding- polite, friendly and efficient. The completed shed looks exactly like the one in the website photos and has received many compliments. Very happy.

I love the enthusiasm that they both show for the product that they are selling. The sheds are amazing quality and you can appreciate why they cost more than cheaper varieties. Really easy to deal with and very thorough.

Great customer service so far!
I can not comment on the summerhouse as yet because it is in the process of being made & will be delivered at a different time....I can however comment on the excellent customer service I have received to date. I have been led through what would be affordable, different designs, different packages & help has been offered at every stage. My garden is also in the process of being landscaped so a fast delivery would not be convenient for me. They have kindly factored in for delivery to be arranged as soon as my garden is complete. I extend my thanks to Karen and the team for being so understanding and helpful!

A first class Company to deal with.
I found it a great company to deal with. The quality of the building is first class.
The two salesmen at Hilliers garden centre at Newbury were more than helpful, answering all my questions in a positive way.
All the installation, base,erection,and electrics all went to plan, and carried out over two days.

Excellent Customer experience
Excellent Customer experience from the ordering through to delivery and installation. When a small error was spotted on installation (which I should have picked up on my order tbh) Crane customer services responded brilliantly and arranged a fix at no extra cost. The quality of the Superior Shed is outstanding as is the whole experience.

From the first time we visited Crane Garden Buildings in Brampton to the point where we were ready to make a decision (after several subsequent visits) we were met with friendly and very helpful staff.
