I would avoid Create Fertility like the plague. They caused me no end of stress whilst having treatment with them.
I constantly had to chase emails whilst mid treatment, and now they have ignored 9 emails over the last 5 weeks requesting my medical records and I have had to report to the ICO.
I wish I could give zero stars for how the clinic behaved during my egg collections- During my first egg collection with Create Wimbledon, I was left exposed (my legs in stirrups and the paper covering left on my stomach) whilst one man held one arm to take my blood pressure and another man held the other arm to fit a canula, leaving me unable to reach the paper covering to protect my modesty infront of the 4 people already in the room, plus the other two men who both walked in to talk to the doctor whilst I was in this position. This left me traumatised and in tears for several days following. I felt violated. I raised a complaint, as I was so worried about my second egg collection, I couldn't go through that again. I was told the clinics protocols had changed because of my complaint. I was reminded several times they had to change their protocol due to my complaint by various staff members I saw during my next cycle, including the day off my second egg collection (this made me feel very uncomfortable and as though I was being a nuisance by raising what I would expect to be standard practice). Thankfully, I was properly covered during my second egg collection, however a male someone (doctor, nurse, who knows?!) still walked in unannounced to speak with a nurse whilst I was having my internal scan to check I had not ovulated.
After my second egg collection, the doctor came to tell me there were no eggs collected, however came back 5 minutes later to tell me they were wrong and there was an egg and it was "lucky" they always check twice. I'm unsure why they would not check twice before letting me know. I sat deflated and in tears for 5 minutes for no reason.

Due to being made to feel uncomfortable and loosing trust with the clinic, I decided to not continue with my third egg collection which I had already paid for and not refunded.
I would not recommend Create Wimbledon to anyone.
All I want now is my medical records to move on with another clinic, however they are ignoring me and withholding my records for some unknown reason.

Create Fertility and ABC IVF are amazing, this company helped us not once but twice, they are professional, well mannered, supportive from the second you start your journey with them.

Awful experience. I originally enquired with ABC ivf and I was told due to medical reasons I would need to move to create. During my consultation the doctor had not read any of my notes or any of my results that I had sent in. I was told that I needed to loose weight before starting treatment despite having a BMI of 27 and their criteria is up to 30. I have tried to chase the doctor and the patient co ordinators and nobody has replied and this has been going on for 4 months. I wrote a complaint and still nobody has replied. It is disgusting considering you are paying for private treatment and going through such a difficult time.

Everyone I have encountered has been incredibly kind and caring. They have always been incredibly helpful and answered any questions I have. During a very emotional and at times stressful situation I have always felt supported and like there is never a silly question.

We had a consultation with Dr Rostom, he was kind, friendly and informative about what procedures were available and what would be best for our situation. We look forward to continuing treatment with create and would suggest them for others.

Everyone from the reception desk, patient coordinator, consultants, nurses and doctors couldn't have been more supportive and helpful. They made what can be quite a daunting process a really positive experience.

I just finished three cycles of treatements at Create Fertility St Paul's and I am grateful for professional services and care received there. Everyone I come across during the past 6 months - from consultant, to lad emcryologist, to nurses and reception stuff has all demonstrated high level of professionalism, friendliness and empathy.

Special thanks go to clinic leading consultant Dr Kulkurni whose professional advice has provide assurance for this journey; Dr Rao and Dr Achaga for successful conducting procedures; Phlebotomist Stacy who is an angel and always offer words of encouragement; Patient coordinator Dynah who is very responsive to my enquiries and nurse Janice that goes out of way to help...and many more.

Overall, I highly recommed this clinic if you consider fertility treatement.

Terrible communication throughout our treatment process and post when trying to obtain my medical records via a SAR. Almost impossible to speak to my patient coordinator, who also changed 3 times during our 3 egg collections and 2 transfers.

Care was excellent.

We went through ABC fertility as we couldn't afford any other route and we were treated with the same level of kindness and care as any other couple. Without this service we would never have been able to afford to have a child through IVF.

Had 6 follicles on the scan but only 3 eggs were collected whether due to lack of quality or there were only 3 present im not sure. Only 2 of these fertilised but luckily both developed into usable embryos. The embryologist kept us informed of each step.
We were able to have a fresh transfer and keep one embryo frozen. We used the finance option to help spread the cost which was really easy to set up.

Clinical staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Admin staff were always very kind and helpful, and remembered who I was. There were one or two miscommunications early on but they were resolved quickly once flagged. It can be quite hard to get through on the phone but usually very quick to respond to emails.

The nurses were absolutely brilliant and incredibly supportive during my egg collection and implantation procedures.

The level of care and kindness from everyone was wonderful in a process that would have been much more terrifying with out their reassurance.

From the start up to the egg retrieval, the process was so smooth and structured. Was at ease and great service.

The staff, all of them, from admin, care coordinator, and management, to nurses, doctors, specialists and embryologists, have all been incredibly caring and are highly trained and professional. I particularly appreciate the holistic approach to mine and my partners treatment plans

Already feel exhausted before starting the treatment. Cannot believe this is a reputable clinic

1. Had to chase for booking an appointment for treatment plan discussion as the assigned case coordinator did not respond neither email or call after trying for a week
2. Case coordinator was changed after the nurse consultation but we were not informed and no contact of the new coordinator
3. Medication was supposed to be ordered after the payment was done, but no update for 3 days, till I called in
4. Consent forms are not fully released to us and they did not find out until I called in to locate my medication

Possibly need to delay the procedure as it is unlikely to get the medication. Point is if I did not call in to location my medication, they did not even notice that some consent forms are missing and needs to be updated.

Awful experience!!

After 9 years of trying to have a baby, we finally got our miracle thanks to this amazing IVF team in the UK.

We went through a very long and emotional journey, and there were moments when we thought it would never happen for us. The professionalism, kindness, and support we received from the clinic were truly incredible. Every member of the team treated us with care, patience, and understanding, and that made such a difficult process much easier.

Thanks to their expertise, we were finally able to welcome our beautiful baby into the world through IVF, and we will be forever grateful for that.

If you are going through fertility struggles, I truly recommend this clinic from the bottom of my heart. They don’t just do their job — they give people hope and make miracles happen.

I started my journey with abc in 2024, staff are amazing, always available to talk to if needed. My first round was cancelled because I ovulated too early, they reassured me that it wasnt my fault and then my second round everything went perfect, all staff and nurses were amazing, even with all my questions which i felt were too much at times, overall I've had a very positive experience with them all.

I’m very happy with my choice of clinic at Create Fertility Bristol. From the beginning of my treatment, the staff have been absolutely amazing—so friendly, supportive, and professional. They made what can be a very emotional and stressful process feel much easier to go through.

A special thank you to Dr Sam Booth, who made me feel completely at ease on egg collection day. His calm and reassuring manner really helped settle my nerves, and I felt I was in very safe hands throughout the procedure.

I also had a day 2 embryo transfer, which I hadn’t really heard much about before starting treatment, but I trusted the professionals and their guidance. The team explained things clearly and supported me through every step.

My scans and bloods were done at Oxford with Bridget, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a sweeter, more caring nurse—she absolutely smashed it. Thanks also to Angela for always being on the other side, answering all our queries and keeping everything running smoothly.

The only downside during my experience was some confusion with the embryologist’s report. After egg collection, I received a call updating me about my results, but the written embryo report said something completely different. Later that same day, the report was rewritten and I was told it had been a human error. While I appreciate the honesty and that it was corrected, it was quite shocking and worrying to get conflicting information during such an emotional process.

I’m currently in the two-week wait, which is understandably very nerve-wracking, but overall I’m still grateful for the care and kindness I’ve received from the team. The staff truly are wonderful, and I’m glad I chose Create Fertility Bristol for my treatment.

Call centre was rubbish and so insensitive

I had a great experience and the staff listen to you without judgement. They explain things well which i found helpful.

I booked an appointment for my initial fertility scan and consultation via the website, however as an error on their part they were not able to facilitate this date, they cancelled and rebooked on a date I had not approved,( I am required to give my work 4 weeks notice for annual leave) I informed create fertility I could not do the date they had resheduled to due to lack of notice, and I informed them of this well within the cancellation notice period. They will not refund me as I have been marked as a no show, despite no error on my part. Very unprofessional, and now trying to hold me hostage as to rebooking. If this is how they operate, i dont feel comfortable going forward with this provider and will be looking into other providers, £250 out of pocket.
