Amazing company for IVF. Both Yemi and Helena have been amazing from the start. I’m just awaiting my FET next week but have had absoloutley no faults what so ever. Both Yemi and Helena have been nothing but helpful, attentive and supportive on the journey so far. They’re both very well organised and nothing is too much. Appointments aren’t rushed and they’re always there to answer any questions, no matter how small they may be. It’s a really lovely touch that Yemi literally gets as excited as you do through the process. Their support has meant everything to me and I truly cannot thank them enough.

Want to gain your medical documents? No chance it’s like speaking to a brick wall with the response always being someone will call you back.
I have never experienced such incompetence in my life.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They insisted I had a really low follicle count, which has now been proved entirely wrong, and put me on an inappropriate pathway which would have cost me over £13000 more.
I had an initial consultation for egg freezing, this was the first clinic I visited. I am 34, healthy, with a normal BMI and no health complications. I was led to believe over the phone I would be a suitable candidate for their affordable egg freezing package (£3350).
However, when doing my scan, the clinician went quiet for 5 minutes then told me so could only find 4-5 follicles and that I was therefore unexpectedly very low fertility. In short, I was dismissed, had to wait nearly a month for a follow up video appointment with another random clinician, who reiterated to me my low fertility and the need for 3 cycles to achieve even 10-15 eggs, and that research suggests my egg quality may also be lower. I was invoiced £16670. I was also told key, extremely emotional information about my AMH levels would come first thing in the morning, but they called me after working hours after 6pm, despite me chasing.
Thankfully, I paid for another consultation at a different clinic, who immediately found 10+ follicles. I have completed my egg freezing in 2 cycles, with a total of 20 eggs collected (18 mature). This is a completely healthy and average amount.
Therefore the information provided by ABC IVF was clinically false. I cannot even begin to describe the emotional impact of being (incorrectly) told you have really low fertility and may never have a baby, and I wish no other woman has to go through this.
I have followed the companies complaints procedure, and have been awaiting a stage 2 response for 3 months.
I am a returning customer after having to pause my fertility journey in the Autumn. Now, they're not responding to emails (I've sent 3 over the past 10 days) There is literally NO WAY to get in contact with them. I have been on hold for 25-40 minutes over 6 attempts at trying to call via every phone number they have available.
It's now to the point where I'm certain the company has ceased service, has taken my money (I just booked a scan with them) and they'll not even be open when I visit the clinic.
I'm now going to have to go there in person and just hope for the best. Absolutely shocking patient experience for PRIVATE healthcare - and especially for something so emotional, time sensitive and difficult as it is.

I was initially worried about cost but everything was clear and there was no pressure/hard sell or additional costs.

Money driven + they dont care about their patience.
Do yourself a favour and go to a reputable clinic where your partner can get a safe treatment.

Our IVF journey pushed us in ways we never imagined. The long waits, daily injections, and the heartbreak of a failed first round left us emotionally and physically exhausted, and there were moments we truly felt lost.
From the very beginning, Katie and the rest of the team met us with such kindness, empathy, and understanding. They held hope for us when we couldn’t hold it ourselves. Every appointment, every phone call, and every word of reassurance reminded us that we were not alone.
With the incredible care of the team , expertise, and unwavering belief in us, our second round was successful, and we have now welcomed our beautiful baby into the world. We couldn't recommend abc ivf enough for fertility journey. Communication, staff and patient care was outstanding. After 2 rounds we finally have our baby girl which myself and my wife will be forever grateful for. Katie B is the kindest soul with fantastic knowledge and patient care.

I had my first frozen transfer at abc ivf and it was a success it worked first time! I can’t thank all the staff enough everyone was lovely, always quick to answer any questions I had, iv now got a 2 week old baby and couldn’t be more grateful.

I had a consultation with both abcivf and create fertility. Abcivf only accepts patients within certain parameters and is overseen by a fertility midwife.
Create fertility is overseen by a fertility doctor.
I felt more comfortable with the fertility midwife and the cost was also more affordable for me so proceeded with abcivf.
Throughout the treatment, I am very grateful to my fertility midwife Tanya at the Wimbledon clinic for her care. She was patient with any concerns and questions I had, compassionate and most importantly was honest about my options. The nurses have also been competent and professional.
I was very stressed during the treatments mainly due to scheduling issues because my work is client facing and requires my physical presence. For me, my period is considered irregular and so it is not possible to plan my appointments ahead, which are all dependent on days of the menstrual cycle.
In this regard, I think more prior knowledge about scheduling could have really helped me. Although schedules may change, I hope sharing my experience could help some people .
Initial Intravginal ultrasound scan - AM/PM availability , able to book online
Consultation - with fertility doctor or fertility midwife- zoom call/ phone call
Treatment consultation - with fertility nurse zoom call/ phone call
intravaginal ultrasound Scans - to monitor the development of the follicles and uterine lining. always mornings
if needed, Tanya kindly offered to see me at 8:30am.
If required due to treatment needs - may have scan on Saturday (unable to book, they will offer a specific timeslot determined by availability of the fertility doctor)
Egg collection - the date for this is determined by the development of the follicles. I unfortunately got sent to another clinic without any choice. I was initially told that my frozen embryo transfer would have to be at the other clinic as that is where my embryo was stored. I explained that it was not my choice to have the egg collection at the other clinic and the clinic then arranged the transfer to my original clinic.
Frozen Embryo transfer - I was not suitable for fresh embryo transfer and required frozen embryo transfer. The date for this is determined by the development of the uterine lining.
With regards to admin, it can get frustrating. It is sometimes necessary to follow up on emails. For example, I had sent a semen analysis to their email, to which I received a reply stating the document had been added to their system. But when I attended an appointment with the fertility midwife it was not available in their system.
Emails were also not available in a thread, if you reply to their emails, their replies are always a new email . Looking for specific emails to refer back to was a bit troublesome.
It is also not possible to call the clinic directly. Their number is like a central hotline and messages get passed on before receiving a call back. Sometimes this leads to delays as it was not always possible for me to pick up calls during work hours. It is also not possible to book a treatment scan or treatment consultation over the phone. It was very frustrating to have waited over 30 minutes on the line (common waiting time on their phone line), only to be forwarded to another staff member then again to another staff member, and in the end told that I cannot make such booking on the phone and must wait for my patient coordinator, who only works on certain days and despite two prior emails asking for dates still hasn’t given me dates, to reply back to me. So be prepared to have a lot of waiting time and back and forth to get the appointments made.

My wife and I had been trying for a baby for about a year when we started seeking advice and doing tests from fertility clinics. Following these tests our infertility was labelled as unexplained. We tried ovulation induction with another clinic however this was unsuccessful, so we decided to try IVF
We first went to Create Fertility for this as their prices and reviews seemed good. After a consultation we were advised we were eligible to do IVF with ABC due to our age, health and the fact it was unexplained infertility.
We were sceptical about doing the Mild IVF with ABC due to the low price compared to other reputable clinics, and it seeming like a fairly new clinic, despite it having some good reviews. We decided to give it a go, and we are very glad we did!
ABC were very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Meeting our nurse consultant Yemi further cemented that this was the right decision for us, she was a pleasure to deal with. Our Mild IVF egg collection resulted in 19 eggs collected, and that resulted in 5 embryos, most of which were top quality according to the gradings.
Our first transfer was unsuccessful. Our second transfer was successful but unfortunately resulted in a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks. Our third transfer was again successful and gave us our amazing baby boy!
So to anyone unsure about mild IVF and using ABC, I would say if they advise you are eligible, go for it! Don’t spend more money and put more drugs in your body than you need to. ABC know what they are doing and are good at it.

Would highly recommend ABC! Yemi and Helena at the Loughton clinic were so friendly and supportive, and answered all of our queries. The wider ABC team and staff at the St Paul’s clinic were also really helpful when we contacted/visited them. We felt well informed throughout the process and really well looked after.
We first used ABC IVF / Create Fertility several years ago and had a positive outcome – our first child. Because of that, we trusted them again for a frozen embryo transfer in 2025. Sadly, what followed can only be described as total incompetence.
From the start, communication and administration were chaotic. We were asked to repeat blood tests we later discovered weren’t required, and when we questioned it, we were told it was due to a “new regulation” that turned out not to exist. We were also given medication instructions by a non-clinical staff member which were incorrect and led to the entire cycle being cancelled. This caused real physical discomfort, loss of confidence, and a huge emotional toll.
We were repeatedly left waiting for calls that never came, spoken to dismissively, and at one point effectively accused of lying about a payment we had already made – something that felt humiliating and unnecessary. The clinic later admitted mistakes, yet despite multiple offers from us to mediate and resolve things fairly, no genuine attempt was made to do so.
This wasn’t our first concern with ABC / Create – during our first successful cycle, there had even been a serious error where I was given another women’s identification wristband on the day of embryo transfer. That incident was brushed off at the time as a one-off. In hindsight, it now feels like a warning sign of wider systemic issues.
Trying for our second child with this clinic has cost us financially and emotionally. It’s been deeply disappointing to see how poor communication and lack of accountability can overshadow what should have been a hopeful and exciting process.
We have since moved our embryos to Care Fertility, where the professionalism, compassion, and quality of care have been on a completely different level. We are now 20 weeks pregnant following a successful FET, and the contrast in standards between the two clinics could not be starker.
We share this so that others understand our experience and can make informed decisions about where to entrust something as sensitive and important as fertility treatment.

Everyone I came into contact with were helpful, professional and put me at ease. The nurses were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The doctor who performed my frozen embryo transfer explained every step of the process, ensured I understood everything and lifted our spirits. Fantastic experience at a difficult time.

this company is utter disgrace we was saving for ivf to use them but now they decided to reduce age limit and egg reverse and bmi to have treatment from them!!

all there bothered is money and reparation on 1 st time round success!

After 2 cancelled treatments, I finally managed to complete a full IVF treatment - the staff at ABC IVF/Create was very supportive and attentive to my needs and circumstances. The last treatment was very gentle and I am sooo fortunate that I opted to do it with them. Unlike many experiences i saw online, ABC IVF really focuses on a treatment plan in sync with your body’s natural cycle with few medications and easy to administrate. I was able to conduct my daily activities and work while under treatment / scans visits and , although my body reacted strongly to it, the risk of OHSS was managed carefully. Looking forward to the next step which is the transfer 🤞
