Simple to use easy to contact by phone Creditsafe when there is problem. Helpful and great value easy and quick to read the web when evaluating creditors and suppliers.

We have been using Experian for credit checks for a number of years, but recently decided to look at other options due to the reports provided by Experian being hard to read at times and we haven't had the best customer service from Experian either.
After having a teams call with James at Creditsafe, the difference between the two companies was obvious. The quality of reports and information provided by Creditsafe along with the customer service exceeded Experian from the start.
We now have a contract with Creditsafe and I would recommend the switch to anyone currently using Experian.

Peace of mind knowing that we have an insight into how well our customers are doing, which enables us to act quickly if things are going wrong.

It took a while for my business model to align but Credit Safe staff, listened, helped me understand what I needed to achieve the outcome my clients require as they have to provide evidence of low supplychain financial risk for Public Sector contracts.

Whenever a new customer applies for an account Credit Safe is where we go to check their credentials, credit ratings and history, very thorough.

We’ve had a very positive experience with CreditSafe. Our account manager has always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. If there is ever anything he needs to clarify or gather more information on, he will liaise with his wider team and come back to us promptly with the answers we need.

Creditsafe are excellent. Personable and accessible. Oli has always bern responsive and supported every aspect of our business needs. It makes a diffetence to have a real person who takes time to understand how to help. Faultless service and ahead of competitors.

We have used the services of Creditsafe for several years now and have always found the Customer Service very prompt to deal with any issues (which are few and far between).
James Smith, the Strategic Account Director has been especially helpful in resolving any requests for assistance or special projects and was instrumental in assisting us to have information uploaded directly into our own system for instant access to filed accounts numbers.
They are quick to alert us on any changes that have taken place relating to our customers, gleaned from a variety of sources.

Great service from Evan at CreditSafe who dealt with our onboarding quickly and professionally. We were all up and running within days with full access to the reporting system.

The system is easy to navigate, the pricing has been difficult for CreditSafe to get right. Kept trying to charge for Add-Ons that we did not want or require - took quite a few emails to resolve.

We use credit safe for various financial checks on our customers and suppliers. There is a lot of information on the website which enables us to make sound decisions.

Dionne was very helpful and showed me all the areas of the website that I needed to know. The whole process has been smooth and done quickly, I would definitely recommend Creditsafe.
